I found the buying experience to be just what I wanted. I like a dealer that gives me the best deal the first time rather than calling me back in a couple days and maybe lowering their price a bit. They get one shot with me and Runde came through with flying colors.

My Husband and I had been looking for a 2500 Chevy Truck. We found a great selection at Runde Auto Group pre driven. We called and told them we would be arriving at a certain time as we live 2 hours away. We arrived, the vehicles we wanted to look at were clean and pulled up to the front and were running waiting for us to test drive them. We really liked the service, we felt no pressure at all and we were allowed to take our time. All of the staff we very friendly and informative. The Financing was teriific and easy. When we are ready to purchase another vehicle our first call will be to Runde Auto Group.

We chose to lease two new cars. Eric Schmitt was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to explain the entire process and all that is involved. We left with a check for our car, and one of the new ones we leased. A couple weeks later a low pressure light came on and I called him as I had over an hour of traveling to do yet. He told me the cold weather would cause that light to come on, and I shouldn't worry unless the number fell to 20. I continued on home with peace of mind.

We were able to test drive three vehicles and leave with our new vehicle in less than 3.5 hours!! Now that is service!!

We don't buy new vehicles very often but when we are ready to shop again we will go back and see Dave. No hassle low key sales and friendly personel. Love the 2013 Silverado
