Great sales person but her managers wont honor their word. I got a car here 2 days ago. My sales person Natalie was great to work with, she made sure I... was getting what I wanted. When they were showing me cars I made it clear I wanted tinted windows and alloy wheels or I wouldn’t be interested. They reassured me multiple times throughout the buying process that the windows would be tinted because I brought it up more than once. They said they could tint whatever car I ended up getting of it wasn’t already. Even after they “undervalued” the car in the quote they gave me, a window tint was still part of the deal. (This was the day before I got the car) Fast forward to me going in check in hand to sign paperwork the next day, only to be told that because I got “such a great deal” on the car they wouldn’t be covering the window tint. I was furious, but wasn’t rude. I asked Natalie to ask them again and they said no, but they could give me a lower rate to get them tinted at my expense. They went back on their word and tried to give me a “deal”. I would never recommend this dealership if this is the kind of crap they pull last minute and refuse to honor their word. Later that night at a different Ken Garff location an employee assured me that this should have never happened and they should have honored the original deal of tinting my windows. Shame on Corey for not keeping their part of the agreement.

Bridget whom i worked with did a tremendous job of listening and understanding what the customer wants and needs. She was able to connect and was very... empathetic and sincere. Then I was able to meet with the financial people whom were also amazing. I was greeted with smiles by the front desk and also with water and popcorn. Awesome place
The worst car buying experience ever !! First they wrote down wrong ssn so they couldn't get my loan approved. I got to drive the new car without any payment... for a month (which was fine with me). They finally figured out what the problem was BUT turned out they had sold me a car which belonged to someone else. Few weeks later they asked me to return it. They gave me a loaner car and promised they would find a new (possibly better) car for me and give it to me for the same price. After waiting for another three weeks I was told they couldn't find anything but they'd give me the original car back. so I got it back with quite a few miles added to it. Then there was a couple of calls regarding misspelled or missing information from my paperwork. Finally when I thought I was all good I get my license plates in the mail and what a surprise - they are the orange ones instead of the "ski Utah" I requested. So I call the dealership only to be told I can go down to a DMV office and have them replaced. At this point I'm really hoping I never have to deal with them again !!!
