John the Service Manager is a true professional!
John the Service Manager is a true professional! During the service on our vehicle he continued to keep me updated on the status of the work and actually got our car done earlier than expected. He’s excellent in communicating and working with the other departments! He even kept me updated after hours and even on a day he was home sick. That’s true dedication! He’s a great person to work with. We will recommend him to everyone we know!

Don’t trust them- my car’s engine could have blown.
Don’t trust them- my car’s engine could have blown. This company failed to provide a basic service. It’s unethical yet they risk their good name! Took my car for a basic car oil change. I knew my car was overheating I wanted my car checked out I thought it strange when they said “your car is fine” works complete and waiting outside like out there. I paid for a pack of 3 oil change and left. I thought could it be? The issues fixed with an oil change? Unfortunately, not Currently, my car is sitting in my friend’s husband’s lot because it turns out there is a leak. He showed me the engine. He said “look” it’s dusty He opened the oil cap and then checked the oil he said “look” I said don’t tell me Yup he said they didn’t catch it because no one even touched your car. The oil is practically empty. If they don’t give you a video refuse to pay and leave it means they did nothing

I was in dire need of an oil change before a trip and the
I was in dire need of an oil change before a trip and the dealership I normally visit (Murdoch Hyundai) turned me away for a walk in. I went to Ken Garff Nissan since my wife takes her car there and they made room for me to get in as a walk in. I am very grateful for their excellent service. Todd was the gentleman helping me and he was very helpful and kind in getting my car in right away. I really appreciate the inspection video they included in the service as well; something I’ve not experienced before but should be standard!

I don’t care for the way the service department sets up
I don’t care for the way the service department sets up their appointments, but I really do like the service department and the technicians there! I had switched appointments from Friday to Thursday and somehow the scheduler did not get it into the computer. My service advisor was Todd Fuller, he was very gracious and told me not to worry about it, he would work me in. I like the way they send a video to your phone about what they checked on your car that possibly could use some attention. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience thanks to Todd!
