The worst car buying experience ever !! First they wrote down wrong ssn so they couldn't get my loan approved. I got to drive the new car without any
payment for a month (which was fine with me). They finally figured out what the problem was BUT turned out they had sold me a car which belonged to someone else. Few weeks later they asked me to return it. They gave me a loaner car and promised they would find a new (possibly better) car for me and give it to me for the same price. After waiting for another three weeks I was told they couldn't find anything but they'd give me the original car back. so I got it back with quite a few miles added to it. Then there was a couple of calls regarding misspelled or missing information from my paperwork. Finally when I thought I was all good I get my license plates in the mail and what a surprise - they are the orange ones instead of the "ski Utah" I requested. So I call the dealership only to be told I can go down to a DMV office and have them replaced. At this point I'm really hoping I never have to deal with them again !!!

Anyway, I posted the following on your feedback line and it's going on my social media feeds. You've wasted well over an hour of my life--no value added here! I appreciate good, quick service--especially when I'm picking up the tab. So, buy a new phone system, hire more people, get an adequate data system for parts, or do some staff training: "Please review best practice, folks. I wasted an hour on the phone. All I needed was a hitch for my 2015 Xterra. The Ken Gariff Servics System Orem, UT, I discovered, is not user-helpful. I'd hoped for more. Exorbitantly LONG wait times on the phones--then a run around by apparently over-taxed staff. (I don't need a liver transplant, just a simple hitch, remember). Wait, wait. Service referring back to parts; parts saying they had no data on the hitches, huh? Telling me to hang up, refer to my service manual--then call back to parts. Wait, wait, wait.Then another another call to parts and service; wait, wait wait ... the guy then referred me back to appointments ... so I waited, waited, waited. I called someone else, got set up, and I'm suppose to saved $200 ... oh, a 4 minute call ... but I lost an hour on the Gariff phone system. Should I reward you by buying my next car here? What if I need Service?"
