Had the best experience.

Mario Saintine was our salesman. He was great! My dad had talked to him first and when I went in Mario had done his homework. He had a list ready for us when we arrived. It had prices, models, keys and miles. I test drove a couple and finally decided on a brand new nessan Sentra. Jose his manager talked to my parents about prices and payments. I felt very comfortable and not rushed. They were both very helpful and understand of what we were looking for. They weren't pushy salesman and treated our family with respect and as if we were friends for years. That day I went in to just test drive and keep my options opened but walked out with a brand new car. The environment was great, very clean and everyone was friendly. I'll be sending my friend and family here. I highly recommend Nessan in Orem and recommend Mario Saintine.

First time car buyer

I came in to test drive a used car, but unfornatually it was sold before I had the chance. They showed me a nissan that I fell in love with kinda glad the used car was sold. Jose was awesome, he showed me what prices I was pre-approved for. Was running late for work, and it was still being detailed. I told them I needed to go, and they told me they can drop it off at my work so I wouldn't have to come back. For a first time buyer, I had the best experience.

Outstanding Service

I wanted to buy a Nissan. My drawback was I live 150 miles away, am 78 yrs old & have medical issues on oxygen. I called Ken Garff in Orem & was connected to a salesman named Billy. He was more than happy to help me out and set up an appointment with me. I told him what I wanted and what price I needed. By the time I got there he had located me just what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the service I received from him and the other employees involved. I was in and out very soon. He explained everything to me & couldn't have been more helpful. The people that brought me there were also impressed with the excellent service & said now they know where to go for good service. Thank you very much.

WORST EVER! Dealership, Salesmen and Service

WORST EVER!! I bought my 2013 Altima last year from Ken Garff of Orem. Once I left the dealership with my new car, I found the salesman had been very dishonest about several things during our transaction and I posted about this last year stating I would never step foot on that property again, absolutely worst car buying experience EVER! Well several things have gone wrong with the car since then including seat warmers that I discovered (when trying to get them repaired) that they were put in after-market even though I bought the car new - no problem just was not informed of that or how to use the electric start or that there was a trunk button on the back, etc., etc., all things I discovered as I used the car. So reluctantly I had to take the car back there for this repair. I spoke with the manager Scott several times about my experience and reluctance of which I was assured I would be totally taken care of, enough to win back my business - HOLY CRAP WAS THAT ANOTHER LIE!!! So I left a list of things that needed to be looked at, including the seat warmers, and asked for an oil change and tire rotation. (Now these items had already been discussed with the manager Scott but also left with two people at the shop when I dropped it off). Days go by and no one calls on the status of the car. I call and leave messages for the manager which are never returned. So I start calling the shop itself and leaving messages. After a week I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me the car is done and that they have finished all repairs and the oil change and tire rotation. So I go over the list with them and they are like "We didn't know about any of that". WHAT?!?! The seat warmers are why I brought it down there in the first place. They had only fixed a loose ground (AFTER A WEEK)! So another week goes by and they say they have everything done including oil and tires (as that was done very first I was told). I go down to get the car and as I am leaving I notice my dash says "Engine Maintenance" (change oil). I turn around and go back in and ask them about this and they say yes of course it was done, here let me check and show you. As they go through the computer, there is no record of the oil being changed or the tires rotated even though they told me on the phone and to MY FACE that the work had been done. BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP, SALES PEOPLE AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE U.S.

The dealer listen to what I wanted, found the car I selected, and it was easy to meet my sales requirements. I would recomened Ken Graff to those searching for a car!

Get treated for what you pay for!

Service department didn't know what they were talking about and the moment you walked in the door you were treated according to what you were there for. I really haven't felt with such inconsiderate people before. And I had children in tow which made it that much harder.

Excellent customer service

My husband and I went in to Orem Nissan service to repair our XTerra. Well the poor old thing died in their lot. The new car agents, Chris and Jose were both working hard to get us into a car so we could get home. It took awhile but we left very happy with a 2014 Rogue. I will most definitely recommend this service department and especially the new car salesmen.

I have bought 2 cars from ken garff Nissan of orem both with the same salesman Jose Feliz. He is awesome along with all the other employees. He took time to answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. Next time we need to buy a car we will go through him. If you go to Ken Garf Nissan of Orem dont forget to ask for Jose!!!

Best buying experience I've ever had.

Context--I'm an older, experienced car buyer. I'm a very picky, deliberative shopper who does a LOT of homework. I walked in to the dealership knowing exactly which car (model, trim, color, etc.) I wanted and what I was willing to pay (based on my research). This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They found my *exact* car (from another dealership), beat the price I had found online, and then delivered it to my house (took them overnight to get it from the other dealership). Andy Allen (andya@kengarff.com) is a fantastic sales guy. Look him up. He'll take good care of you. Financing experience was flawlessly awesome too. Hence, 5 stars.
