NeHi is our guy!

Wonderful experience, my wife and I came in to test drive a Ford Edge we were driving off the lot with our 2012 Edge 2 hours later. Our sales guy Nehi was wonderful along with Karen in financing everything went smooth. We will be going back this week for a new car for my wife too!!

NeHi is our guy

My wife and I found a 2013 Ford Edge online and scheduled a test drive. NeHi greeted us had the edge pulled up and ready for us to drive. He was so friendly, he made the whole car buying process fun. Karen Kay in finance also did a wonderful job found a great rate and made the finance transaction very smooth. We test drove the car around 10am and drove it off the lot by noon. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. In fact we liked it so much my wife called the next day to get a new car for herself too!

Such a huge help!

My fiance and I went to the dealership on 3/17 and drove off of the lot on 3/19 with a 2007 black Lincoln MKZ, the car of our choice. The salesman working with us was Mike (not sure of the last name). He was very honest and knowledgeable about the car. In the past I've had health issues which put me in a financial bind, and they worked very diligently to get us the best deal. I am so grateful to be able to begin building my credit back. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a pre-owned or brand new car!

I was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle, I looked on Griffin Ford's website and found a 2012 Ford Escape that I was interested in. I called the dealership and spoke with NeHi, he was very friendly and informative when I talked with him. I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle. I was very pleased with the way NeHi took care of me and helped me with the purchasing process. I would definitely recommend this dealership and NeHi if you are in the market.

Dealership with integrity!!!

Finally a salesman who is a man of his word. Recently purchased our 3rd vehicle, a Ford Escape, from Griffin. We were a little leery when our vehicle was to old to qualify for a warranty, but our salesman George assured us that Griffin was a good, honest company and would work with us if we were dissatisfied for any reason. Check engine light ended up coming on shortly after and needed a minor repair. Griffin Ford came through! Fixed it immediately that day FREE of charge, and did a great job! Thanks for reminding us why we keep coming back to you for our vehicle needs!!

Griffin Experience

Was Looking For A Used Vehicle And Went To All The Dealers In Waukesha. Test Drove Numerous Vehicles At A Number Of The Dealers But wasn't Impressed With They Way Some Of The Bigger Dealers Treated Me As The Customer. Stopped At Griffin And Met Mike Grimes. He Was Helpful And Pleasant To Deal With. Drove The Vehicle I Liked And Stated I Would Have To Bring My Wife Back So She Could Check It Out. Mike Said That Would Be Fine But Then Said Why Don't You Take It And Drive It Then When She Gets Home She Can Ride In It Ect.... Long Story Short We Ended Up Buying A 2010 Ford Escape From Mike and Griffen Ford. From Introduction To The Final Paperwork Everyone at Griffin Was Freindly And Seemed To Actually Care About The Buying Experience Instead Of Trying To Hit There Numbers For Day Ect...(Even Though I Know That Is Important). I Would Recommend Griffin To Anyone Buying a Vehicle And Mike Is an Awesome Salesperson Who I Believe Truly Cares And Griffin Still Feels Like The Hometown Dealership In Theis Day And Age Of The Big Multi-Dealer Franchises.

Excellent Dealer Friendly Employees

I came into Griffin Ford looking to replace my pickup with a truck that would work well with my expanding family. Michael welcomed me to the dealership from the moment I pulled in and was extremely helpful in finding me the right truck. There was absolutely no headache with going back and forth on price, we sat down and all the numbers came in right were I expected them and wanted them to be.
