Juke with good Attitude
I researched my Juke for a long while online. Trying to find the perfect one that fits me and my needs. I finally found my Juke 3 and 1/2 hours away form my home. But so worth the drive. I called ahead made sure they had my paper work, and told them I was on my way. they had the car pulled up in front, and detailed. ready for a test drive. It was very much like being a VIP. I was in my new car in 2 hours tops. That includes dropping off my rental car and paper work. The only thing I could say negatively about Griffin Ford in Waukesha WI, is maybe to the detail shop. After all they are DETAIL shop, so pay attention to the smaller things. I mean if your buying a new car, you want to show it off. the car was in excellent shape , don't get me wrong, but the driver side floor carpet had a few dirty foot prints, I could of easily shake them out, but I was happy when Tony ( the sales man ) offered to have the Juke ran back though the detailed shop. I will defiantly end up buying more cars form Griffin Ford. My finance lady, Karen, was amazing too!! I work 3rd shift, left from work to drive 3 1/2 hours to pick up my Juke, and she didn't mind me asking all kinds of questions. she explained in great detail answer to the questions I asked. not once did she ever make me feel dumb of lack of car buying experience. She has the patients that I think MANY finance people need to have. after all you are there to buy a car, investing and committing the next 3-6 years of your life to a payment and vehicle. Not once did she ever corner me or pressure me to sign or agree to anything that I did not want/need. HUGE thanks to Tony (sales man) and Karen (finance). they BOTH made sure I was happy with my car and all the process.

Searching for just the right car can be very tedious, and finding it close to home can be a challenge. We are so glad that you decided to make the long drive to see us. The Stress of Buying a Vehicle
Buying a vehicle is always stressful. We were in the market for a 2012 Escape. Stopped at Griffin Ford (we were actually on our way to shop at another dealer in the area) because of the large selection of Escapes posted on their website. We were not disappointed. We were assisted by Tony who was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and the different options available. He was very pleasant to work with, thoroughly answered all our questions and made the entire process less stressful. We would definitely check them out again when the time comes for another vehicle.

First time buyer, customer for life.
Being a first time car buyer, and a young woman, it is easy to be taken for granted of. This is NOT the case of Griffin Ford! The staff here is beyond phenomenal and they will try their hardest to get you in something that suites your needs more than anything. Michael Grimes is one of the hardest working Salesman's I have ever came across. I had countless issues with the financial department (on the bank's end) and I was sure I wasn't going home with a car, but with persistence and a great team at Griffin Ford I am the Proud owner of the perfect car! Happy Customer
We came into Griffin Ford at 7:45 to simply test drive a 2012 Ford Fusion. I had no idea that we would be driving off a lot in our new car. Nehi Aslani was very receptive and open to working with us so late at night, as I knew that it was late in the business day for car dealerships. After the test drive and falling in love with the car we decided to start the financing process. We started the process at 8:15 and were out the door by 9:45. Karen in the financing department pulled some strings and got the deal done so late at night. Both Karen and Nehi were pleasant and wonderful about having to stay past 9:00, which both my husband and I felt bad about. I love the new car, I love the service and I am highly impressed with both Nehi and Karen's willingness to work with us. I will be a returning customer.

Great salesman and dealership
We were looking for a pre-owned car and stopped by Griffin Ford where we were met by a informative but NOT pushy salesman by the name of Nehi. We found a great selection of cars with a great web site that has all the pertinent info to help us narrow it down. We called Nehi the next day and he had our top three picks ready to test drive. We picked one out and made a deal. Great selection, Great website, Great salesman. Would recommend them to any friend!
