I had to take my 2024 Blazer EV in for the charging door,

I had to take my 2024 Blazer EV in for the charging door, not wanting to open when you needed it, too?and opening itself when you didn't need it. This was the 2nd visit to the service department since I bought Blaze, as I call him. The dealership has been very responsive and has taken care of my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the 2nd new vehicle that I have purchased from this dealer.

From the very beginning of my adventure at looking at Hubler Chevrolet in Shelbyville, they treated me with the upmost kindness. They were never pushy, aloud as much time and answered any and all questions I had about every car I looked at. I would highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a car new or used. “If” I purchase another car, it will be from them. Even if they don’t have what you want or are wanting on the lot, they will find it for you. The young lady that sold me mine, found my perfect car for me, has everything I wanted and needed in a car. Thank -You Hubler Chevrolet!

The actual price of changing the drive belts and tensioner for the serpentine belt was around $200 more than the estimated price.

BAD BAD SERVICE

The worst service I have ever had. I scheduled an appointment online for oil change/tire rotation and brake inspection. When I brought my vehicle in I asked the service advisor to check brakes. Either the front or back was needing something. I didn't know I had to tell the service advisor to test drive it.( Never had to do this before). Brakes needed inspected. I didn't know at that time what was going on with them. Also I stated the the left rear tire needed looked at because of low tire pressure. This is the service received: Didn't get tire rotation. Service Manager said it wasn't on their list to do. I scheduled online (Didn't know I had to tell service advisor again) Have printed paperwork from your website showing I scheduled a tire rotation. Brakes were not properly inspected. I needed service on them and I was told nothing was wrong with them. I don't think they were looked it. I was told the tire had a nail in it and a repair was made. REALLY MY TIRE WENT FLAT THE NEXT MORNING. The Very poor service caused me to have to take my vehicle to another placed to be repaired. The tech at the other place had to clean up the oil that was all over the vehicle from your POOR SERVICE. The tech at the other place stated that if the brakes were inspected, they would have seen how bad shape the rotors were. Also stated my pads were at 20%. Your tech gave a 50%. REALLY!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN. YOU OWE ME A REFUND FOR THE TIRE REPAIR. I HAVE TO KEEP PUTTING AIR IN THE TIRE UNTIL THIS WEEKEND WHEN I CAN GET TO ANOTHER PLACE TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DEPT IS THIS. DIDNT INSPECT BRAKES PROPERLY COULD OF LED TO ME HAVING A BAD ACCIDENT IF I BELIVED YOU. THANKFULLY I DIDNT BELIVE YOU AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO HAVE THEM INSPECTED AND REPAIRED. HA YOUR xxxxTY WORK LOST YOUR COMPANY MONEY.

Terrible

I just purchased my Traverse 6 months ago ...not from Hubler Chevrolet...and had a free oil change given to me. Thought i wd stay close to home instead of going out of town to have it done. Took my vehicle in to Hubler Chevrolet and within an hour of being there I came out with NO oil change and $14,000 damage done to my Traverse. Whoever the person that took it back didn't realize that the BIG garage door was down not up. REALLY? That is BS. You kd tell a better story than that. This place is not willing to accommodate the loss in the damage of my vehicle. It's gonna go on Carfax as a repaired vehicle not a wrecked vehicle. What the he** is the difference? They think this is over they are wrong. Remember...I just purchased this vehicle 6 mos ago and the depreciation...bc of someones stupidity...has gone down many of $1000. Oh, they want to purchase my vehicle for what I still owe on it but they want me to purchase another vehicle from them. I have no equity on this vehicle. WHY WD I DO THAT! Wd NOT do business at this place. There is so much more to this than I can write. I wdnt even give this place a rating.

LEMON

I recently bought a Ford XLT 150 the Truck is leaking oil and radiator fluid. and the radio is not working.. this was delivered to me this way on 9.3.22.. I asked the salesman and he said that he could do nothing…

Oil Change and Full Manufacture's Tune-Up

Vehicle was due for 3rd and last Purchase Oil Change plus added Full Tune up. Kevin, Maintenance Service kept all his word. He took time to review my Vehicle's history, review manufacture's tune-up requirements, give me the high-end cost so I could make sure I had what was needed to pay in full. I don't create bill I can't pay! The company and staff has their own expenses and I know as accountant the ripple affect and I know how it feels when I don't get paid because customers won''t pay their bills! Kevin schedule day for service, I dropped my car off night before so it would be ready for him. So very pleased Kevin kept his word; vehicle was done on time, I didn't have to call him. Kevin kept the bill at quoted price and even found a discount for me. I have plan to get Trans flush and other maintenance done just to get the vehicle at full quality. I will be returning as long as I can deal with Kevin, Maintenance Service Mgr. He was total awesome! After the last to Service Mgrs. I've worked in Auto Repair and know enough to be dangerous. I pay in full, therefor I expect word to be kept.

The amount of time it took to repair my car after being hit by a lady was REDICULOUS!!! The Hubler collision center finally got the car in one month after the accident , which was Dec. 4 , 2020. Repairs were only done to visual problems as stated by Auto Insurance. I explained to Hubler that there were other problems and after taking my car to Hubler on 44 to be re-evaluated, and after several times having to return the car for problems , I finally received my car back over 5 months later.
