Nobody knows
Please avoid doing business here at all costs. Save your money and your time. I bought a car here last Thursday, and I haven't been able to drive it for most of the last week, due to mechanical issues and serious safety concerns. I spent 3 hours at the dealership on Thursday night to fill out about 20 minutes worth of paperwork, and to take the vehicle for a quick test drive. All of the warning lights came on within the first full day of driving it, and there isn't a single person at the Gwinnett location who has been able to give me a straight answer about what is wrong with the vehicle. It's a pretty nightmare, and the service has been pathetic.

Great until you leave!
I was originally going to give Atlanta Luxury Motors 5 stars, but enough has happened after walking out of the door to warrant (zero stars) if it were possible. We walked in a few days ago with pre-approval from Capital One Auto Navigator (which I clearly stated multiple times before getting there) and the car we wanted already selected with financing rate, terms, etc. We even brought our offer letter in. So all we needed was to do a credit check with ALM, sign the paperwork and grab the keys. The entire process took about 3 hours. We thought everything was good until we got home to a bunch of emails from credit bureaus. We had 5 new inquiries added to our credit report. We had one from ALM and the rest from a bunch of different banks we had never heard of or spoken to. Apparently someone from ALM had decided to run us through their own financing system without letting us know! We are still waiting on them to get back to us about this. It has been 3 days since we notified our salesperson Tim of this--still waiting to hear back from him. As if that wasn't bad enough, the finance person used a completely different address for our car registration and tag, in a whole different county. I am not even sure how he got that address since we verified our address multiple multiple times!!!! When we called ALM to report this they confirmed that they had our correct address, so I am not sure what the mix up is! We are still waiting for someone from ALM to get back to us. Stay away from this place!

Hmmmm, great rap, but not so good on follow thru
Feel like I got a great deal on car, but also had several issues driving home with car. Nothing that cannot be fixed, but just reflected poor inspection and service of vehicle by dealership. Could not get dealer to return calls for days after vehicle was bought.

Mark is the worst salesman
I went in to see a car, I told Mark a sales representative that I will not buy the car today but all I wanted to do was just see the car. He was the worst salesman I’ve ever experienced with. He told me he’s not gonna show me the car because I wasn’t planning on buying the car today. We’ve bought cars from here many times. His behavior is the worst I’ve ever delt with anywhere. I will never think about shopping here again because of this individual. His name is Mark.

I enjoyed my experience with ALM. Allen Smith is a honest, open person and did everything in his ability to make our car buying experience great. I flew in from out of state and he took time to make sure everything was taken care of with the vehicle. Every dealer should have someone like Allen - he’s a class above the rest!’

Delightful
Most experiences in buying a used car gets you a pushy man that doesn't care to follow through once you walk out the door. My experience with Kristen at ALM Gwinnett changed everything I thought a salesperson could be. She was so helpful through the whole process and never pushy. I felt comfortable and had a lot of trust in her. I'll follow her wherever she goes next time I need another car. Thank you Kristen!

Professional, respectful, timely
The salesman was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and eager to work with me. Financing was a breeze made possible by the salesman and the finance manager. Definitely would do business with ALM again.

Great Professional Experience
It received great customer service from Brittany Harvey. I had many questions about the test driving and car buying process. She took her time to ensure that all of my questions were answer and directed me to the resources I needed to feel confident with my purchase! I would definitely recommend her and this dealership to anyone.
