Best car buying experience to date! Was greeted on the lot by Zach Fernandez. He was quick, helpful, and honest. Got a good value on my trade in and was in and out with George in finance. Next time we’re in the market for another car will absolutely come back and ask for these two!

I worked with Zach Fernandez and am happy with my overall experience. He was very professional and straight forward. Anytime I called him with questions he picked up and addressed any concerns. I initially called him 2 months prior about a specific car they had listed on CarGurus but didn’t approved for financing with my banking institute. My score was fine and my income was fine but because of a previous repossession (due to unforeseen circumstances) my back wouldn’t approve an auto loan. Fast forward 2 months, I was in an accident to where my car was totaled and now I need a car badly. Because Zach followed up with me regularly Over the 2 months, I had his number readily available. I called him up and set an appointment and went in to their dealership. The environment was really nice and professional. When I sat down with Zack he informed me that the car I initially called about was still available. That made me happy but I also knew that I had to get through the financing process first so I didn’t let myself get to happy. After Zach got all of the info he needed from me and asked me what type of payment I wanting to have he took our back to George for the financing step. George was up front about the financing, what all of my options were and thoroughly explained the situation. Shortly thereafter I was signing the paperwork for my car. The payment is not far from what I expected(because of my credit profile) and I was satisfied with it. The best part about my experience was that Zach not George made me feel pressured to make the purchase. Since they sell luxury/highland vehicles and my income is really good, I honestly expected to feel a little pressure to buy. That just want the case. On top of that I was not in there for 8 hours. The process is what it is but it was really quick compared to every other experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. I don’t know if how they operate is standard throughout ALM but not definitely recommend this location.

The person I was there to see wasn't there.
The person I was there to see wasn't there. I saw DOG HAIR in the truck. There was no gas in the car. The rep told me to take them to the Race Trac so they can put gas in the car. Then I didn't go on a true test drive. Just around the block in a residential area. The A/C in the vehicle did not work. I did not get a good feeling about the place. So i left.

He’s lied about offering full details and scratches removal. He told me to bring the car back next following week after I purchased. It’s been a month past didn’t resolve the issue and bad attitude.

My wife and I took the two hour drive from Western NC to
My wife and I took the two hour drive from Western NC to the Atlanta area to find a car to replace hers, which had been totaled in an accident a few weeks prior. We met with Allen Smith at ALM Gwinnett and drove a couple of different cars. Allen was patient and kind and helped us with the purchase of a very nice 2018 GMC Acadia Denali. Also, George in the finance department was really great. He helped us get a 48,000 mile warranty and a really good interest rate on the loan. Much thanks to those two gentlemen for their professionalism and patience. Also thanks again Allen for finding that second key! Take care and God bless.
