I took my vehicle to Vern Eide to get a check on an issue

I took my vehicle to Vern Eide to get a check on an issue with the dash. When they finally texted me with the issue of the car, they said it was the front camera. However, to fix it, they said I need a whole new windshield, camera, and bracket. When I tried to find out if there was a way to fix my car without getting a new windshield and having to pay roughly $3,000 for said windshield, they said it wasn't possible, as the camera is a part of the windshield. I'm a young, female college student and I just took my car to someone local to look at it. When I told him what Vern Eide said, he went out to my car and, from the inside, took the camera out of the bracket in less than a minute. They completely tried to take advantage of me and get more money out of me than needed to be spent. I will absolutely not return. Beware if you send your college student here for repairs, as they absolutely will try to do this again to someone else.

My salesman at Vern Eide in Sioux Falls was Brandt

My salesman at Vern Eide in Sioux Falls was Brandt Adamski. I enjoyed my experience working him. He was helpful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, respectful, thoughtful, honest, and fun. He took the time to answer any and all questions I had and showed me how to use the various features the car had. I was very happy with him. He is a very fine young man.

Wasn't impressed with your sales team, he knew what we

Wasn't impressed with your sales team, he knew what we were looking for didn't tell us he had one we just happened to drive up and found one on the lot, never my wife went up the next day to get it and had to wait 2 hrs before getting out of there. A manager never said 1 word to her, I haven't heard a thank you or anything since buying the car! We won't buy there again!

This is the third purchase I've made from Jordan and Eide. They are very efficient and upfront with the sales and finance process. Both Jordan and Blake are very knowledgeable, professional and also quite personable. It didn't feel like a business transaction, it was more like shopping with friends. Head on over, they will take great care of you in your quest for a new ride!
