Easily one of the best car buying experiences I have ever

Easily one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I bought my Defender over the internet and had it delivered since I live a few hours away from the dealership. The communication was great thoughout the whole process. The vehicle was delivered promptly and was exactly as it had been described. I would definitely consider purchasing from this dealer again!

Felt like dealer and I had same goal.

Felt like dealer and I had same goal... get transaction done in minimum time. They didn't waste time since we had a long drive ages of us.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine passion for the brand shone through. Tommy took the time to understand exactly what my wife was looking for in a vehicle and ensured that every detail was tailored to our needs. His expertise of the F-Type’s features, performance, and customization options was impressive, and he explained everything clearly and patiently. I was an out of state buyer.

I was an out of state buyer. I could tell they weren’t terribly interested in selling to me. They knew I wanted the car but continued to drive it…putting over 500 miles on it in a week. It wasn’t detailed inside beyond a dusting. There was half empty water bottles under the passenger seat and seat components unattached under drivers seat. Had issues with the windshield upon delivery. They washed their hands of it, denied any responsibility, and I haven’t heard a word from them since. Not the best of experiences.

The best car buying experience we've had.

The best car buying experience we've had. This is our second time with Royal Automotive and don't think we'll ever purchase anyplace else. The experience is actually enjoyable. Mary Lou is a breath of fresh air, very knowledgeable, professional, and kind.
