This location was by far the best car buying experience

This location was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Cesar Miranda is very knowledgeable, and professional, and the entire sales staff was awesome. Mr Miranda made us feel very comfortable during the transaction. I live 300 miles from this location, but would not hesitate to drive this distance or more to repeat another great transaction. The location is spotless and the car stock is very clean. I cannot stress the professionalism of the dealership, my sales person, and the entire staff!!

Mr. Padula made our transaction so easy. He was very pleasant and welcoming. Doesn't pressure you, allows to make your own decision while providing you all the information you need. I would recommend him to anyone. This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had.

From the first phone call until we visited the dealership

From the first phone call until we visited the dealership to take delivery of our new Range Rover Sport the experience was incredibly easy, professional and enjoyable. We tried to purchase the vehicle at the local dealership, who wanted an extra $10,000 for the privilege of providing us a new vehicle. We checked with the dealer that we recently had purchased a Jaguar and also carried Land Rover. They only wanted $5,000 on top of MSRP to provide us a vehicle. When I spoke with Royal they stated we would have to order the vehicle but that it would be at MSRP, no additional fees. They were good on their word and the delivery done by Tim Taylor was perfect. We enjoyed the experience and everything was exactly as stated over the phone. Would highly recommend this dealership and I will be going back again!

I saw the company website Royal Jaguar - Land Rover

I saw the company website Royal Jaguar - Land Rover Tucson while scrolling through Facebook one evening. While viewing the company site I saw a Fuji White 2017 Land Rover Evoque. This was a vehicle type I had been searching for during the previous pandemic year but found none available and had had little success. I immediately drove out to Royal Jaguar, unscheduled, to view the vehicle even though it was already late and the dealership was scheduled to close in 45 minutes. Upon arriving at the lot I was met by sales manager Ezekiel Catanach, “Zeke”, who quickly set me up with sales consultant Tim Taylor. Tim Taylor was very personable and walked me out to view the vehicle. Together we drove the vehicle from the lot. I spent the next half hour discussing with Tim the Land Rover Evoque's vehicle history, upgraded control & navigation system, current vehicle warranty, and all the recent service maintenance just performed on the vehicle. After my pleasurable drive it had become dark and I was trying to decide on the vehicle purchase. Tim was very persuasive in that their was no pressure to make a decision on the car that night. The next day I made an accepted offer on the vehicle with Zeke who set me up with his sales consultant Jackie Carpio later that morning. Jackie was a great pleasure to meet and handled all my financing, warranty questions, transfer of title & registration, all quickly and smoothly. Jackie did a great job! The entire process was completed in less than two hours. I was then escorted to my vehicle, which had been detailed during that time, and was now sitting in the receiving showroom waiting for me. How great that was! Jackie spent another hour with me going over the vehicles features and controls, including interfacing my cell phone and satellite Sirius XM radio service provided, to the vehicle. Extra care was provided for me by Royal Jaguar sales staff, without any request from me, so that I could safely drive off the lot feeling confident and comfortable in my newly purchased vehicle. :) Next day sales manager Ezekiel Catanach followed up with me to see if I had any questions or issues with vehicle. I scheduled with Jimmy from maintenance for a newly purchased vehicle protective coating. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was professional and friendly and would highly recommend Royal Jaguar to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car here in Tucson.

My family has been using this dealership for many years

My family has been using this dealership for many years and always got incredible service, up until I got a car here. The unfortunate truth is if you don’t buy a luxury vehicle, they will treat you differently when going in for service. I got a 2019 Ford Fusion and in the year and a half that I barely had it, it spent more time in the shop than in my possession. This isn’t Royal’s fault but every time I needed to take my car back into the shop, I was always questioned and told the issues couldn’t be duplicated. Being younger and having tattoos I pretty much expect at this point that I’m not always going to get the best customer service, but this was way different. I had to constantly call and let them know the issues weren’t fixed, I had to switch service guys on multiple occasions because I have a very low tolerance with being treated poorly at this point. They constantly made me feel like I was a burden because I was upset with how often my car had to go in, a car that was brand new to me. It would be in the shop at least 1-2 times every other month, and sometimes for 2 weeks to a month at a time. Then I would receive it back and it wouldn’t be fully fixed. Not to mention, on TWO different occasions they gave me my car back scuffed up & with the front bumper popped out, then again with a HUGE crack in the windshield and tried to tell me it came to them like that. Ziek started off as helpful, and then after I kept having issues it seems like he got annoyed with having to help me and decided to give up on that. Toward the end, I would call the shop and leave a voicemail inquiring when someone would call me back to get my windshield replaced, and was ignored multiple times. It got so bad to the point where my family was extremely disappointed in the service I was receiving, and we decided it was best to get rid of the car. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had and I’m so grateful to never have to deal with them again.

I have been leasing cars with Royal, since 2009 first a Cadillac and then just Land Rovers, this is the best brand I ever had, the service provided by Cesar Miranda is really outstanding congrats for that, so service dept. is very helpful.... Thanks for all the help...

Royal Jaguar was the best car buying experience I have...

Royal Jaguar was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Tim Taylor was great to work with and made the whole experience a real pleasure. Tim spent more than a hour going over all the controls on the car and has since followed up to see if I had any questions. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was professional and friendly and would highly recommend Royal Jaguar.
