Franklin motor company was a great company to work for staff was excellent and they were able to get me into my vehicle with no problem.

The dealership doesn't have accurate pricing on cars.com. The representative at Frankman blamed cars.com for making listing accurate pricing difficult. They blamed cars.com for not even allowing them to add a doc fee. The salesman, I believe Mike Denbow, got very aggressive via text message when he didn't like my offer. I was told to make my offer by another employee so I'm not even sure why he got so upset.

I have purchased 16 cars so far in the 54 years I have been driving, I also sold cars at dealerships in the past. The staff at Frankman motors were the most professional people I have ever had the opportunity to deal with, I would recommend to anyone searching for that special vehicle. BEWAREOF THIS DISHONEST/CROOKED BUSINESS! We recently had a relative purchase a vehicle by them. They were told the price was a certain price but when they got there the price had increased. The salesperson persisted they needed to buy an extended warranty & were only allowed to test drive the vehicle on the parking lot. All the employees lied & more lied. The relative wanted to pay the vehicle with cash but the salesperson wrote up a lot of it to be a loan. There were things they were suppose to fix on the vehicle but failed that also. The BBB gives them a D- for their rating. Please by-pass this business!

The place was very clean and everyone was very nice the cars they offered made my friend who loves cars say he will be going there and my girlfriend will be a well i have even talked one of my workers into going when they want a new car the place was great

I highly recommend Walter Guzman. He is a great salesperson and so respectful. I bought a car on my own and at no time during the sale was I asked if it was okay with my husband. Something I really appreciated. The sale went so smoothly and in 3 hours from start to finish I was driving off the lot with my new vehicle. Please insider Frankman Motors and Walter when you are in the market for a different car.
