Ford Flex Service
I bought my 2013 Ford Flex brand new. I have had all my service done at Sx Falls Ford. Kyle Waller has been the most responsive service manager I've had. He really listens and was able to get a wind noise concern I had resolved. I appreciate his "never give up" attitude!

F150 transmission service
Brought F150 in with a question regarding transmission. A tech was brought over to go on a test drive, he quickly determined the action needed. An appointment was made for two days later and when I delivered the truck I was told approximately how long service would require. Within that time my transmission was corrected, and ready to go. Due to complications at my insurance companies end my shop representative took time to communicate with them and the transaction was completed smoothly and timely. He followed through with everything until I was back in the truck and on my way. This is the type of service I generally get, and the reason all work done on my truck is done at this dealership.
