Wantz Taneytown is wonderful. They are excellent at explaining any issues and are very accommodating. Last year I had a dead battery on a Saturday morning. I called them and they drove to my home in Littlestown to pick up my car and drove it back to my home once the work was completed, I never had to leave my house. I had my 2020 Blazer for service. I also wanted the Shft to Park Switch replaced. I had asked to have this replaced on 2 other occasions only 2 be told it was other issues causing the problem. I resolved the other issues and the problem still exited. This time the dealership replaced the Park to Shift Switch and charged me $270.00 . The Blazer is under warranty and the dealership DIDN'T CHECK TO SEE This. My Wife picked the vehicle up and paid the bill. When I got home I was not Happy . I went to the Dealership and complained. The Service Department manager check and seen that I had a warranty package, but since my Wife paid the Bill I have to Contact GM and I have to Have them reimburse me. This is xxxxxxxxx. The Dealership negligence is causing me time and aggravation. Also GM new there was an issue with this Park Switch because there are bulletins on this issue. I have been a Life time Chevy Person but with this issue and problems with my 2014 Silverado with the Transmission (4 Transmission in 326,000 miles) I will doubt I will purchase another GM product.

Used to be a great place. Unfortunately Amy is no longer there to run the place. Now service is terrible, service manager is rude!! Owner unfortunately is not much better!! Four different bad experiences lately!! Long time customer is no longer a customer!! Wow such a same!!
