    Purchase : CPO 2014 X3 Date: April 2017 Quality of Work - As a first time BMW shopper/owner, I had many questions regarding the care and upkeep of a BMW... and Hasan was extremely polite and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and made the buying process very smooth and transparent. The car we wanted had a few unreported blemishes on it and the dealership amended us replacing the parts at no cost to us. I was very happy with the quality of work. Friendliness - Each time I visited the dealership, Hasan would always greet me with a warm smile and a firm handshake. He was also very courteous and professional in answering all my questions whether it be over the phone, text, or email.But most important of all, Hasan was honest and straight forward, it was a pleasure working with him. Price - After researching several hundred car and dealership options on CarGurus and TrueCars, I found RallyeBMW has best and most competitive price in the tri-state area. They update prices on their inventory daily and the cars are always priced to sell. I was a firm believer in waiting till the year end or month end to buy my next car. But there's no need to play that game with RallyeBMW. I brought my car in April 2017. Everyday is a good day to visit this dealership. Customer Service - I had to write this section last because the top 3 section should give you a very clear insight into the costumer service I received at RallyeBMW. Hasan Barakat did a fantastic job in helping my wife and I get into our CPO 2014 BMW X3, BMW Genius (Joe and Terrance) were also wonderful in answering all our questions on the functionalities of our BMW during the test drive and closing. These guys made the buying experience extremely smooth and headache free. Overall: I was skeptical of all the reviews I read about this dealership and didn't understand how a dealership could receive such high praises. I had my reserves because I went to many other dealerships in the past (BMW - Mamaroneck, Honda - White Plains, Nissan - New Rochelle, Mazda - New Jersey, Acrua - New Jersey) and it always felt like they never had my best interest at heart. Whatever the case maybe, I had a great experience at RallyeBMW and would definitely recommend this dealership my family and friends.

    Rallye is far and away better than any dealership I have ever dealt with . They understand the importance of quality service and customer satisfaction.... From the moment you drive up to the service department you are treated with the utmost respect and concern. My service adviser, David O'Neill, was fantastic and took care of all of the details. You and your car matter. What an amazing crew! They stand behind everything they do. In my case they also stood behind a repair that wasn't done properly by another dealership. I would recommend this dealership very highly!

    At first Robert Chae seemed very nice but he quickly turned into a cheap salesman the min we signed on the dotted line. He did not stay for us to look... over the vehicle when we purchased it. I ended up seeing several scratches and my car was not detailed properly. When I called him and told him he said well that???s a service issue like it wasn???t his problem. It???s not what you say it???s how you say it. We got the issue resolved ourselves but I will not be purchasing a car with this man again. We normally have amazing experiences with our other sales person but she no longer sells cars. Not a good feeling for someone to go from super nice to cold and annoyed.

    At Rallye, they make sure they take your bad experience to the next step.. a new level of badness. I drove 350 miles total to purchase a car from this... dealer. I arrived to see that the car was sold this same morning and no one bothered calling me. No representative was available to help until I stood up in the showroom asking for help. I wish I didn't because the rude and arrogant attitude I was welcomed with was unacceptable. No "We're sorry for your experience", rude way of ending conversations, I corrected my name to him twice and yet he kept using the wrong name. Unbelievable things happened to me in this location. There are many other bme dealerships in the area. Do not waste time here. PS. I sent an email to confirm the availability of that car two days ago. Oh I forgot this fun part.. that car was sold because "my manager sold it to someone who came from CT." Lol... Guys try to make sure you seal a deal with the CEO or otherwise a manager could sell your car. They forgot that I came from further than CT! Still no reply! Very nice stuff!! I will compile a full review very soon and I bet you've never heard something similar. This was just a summary and it sounds waaaay better than the actual experience.
