We bought one car from them two years ago, and when my parents were searching for their vehicle now, there was not a moment’s hesitation in saying “We worked with Joe and had the most awesome experience, let me call him up and see if he’s there to help you”…what followed was one simple Phone call to the dealership, he called us back within minutes, set up a same day appointment and was so patient and polite with my parents.
