Had a fantastic buying experience. Fred was a good guy to deal with. They gave me a fair value on my trade in and took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the new vehicle and financing. Would definatly recommend Aero to anyone.

Once you sign the sales contract they forget you. I bought a used vehicle and had issues which they have not corrected after three months. Found out they outsource the inspection of their vehicles and pay to have them pass for sale. Requested three times in person to be notified of progress of correcting issues and never hear from them.

Dennis thank you for the review. I have looked into your issue with the cruise control. looks like we did complete the repair but it took us two weeks to get the part after your initial vistit. I apologize but sometimes procuring parts to vehicles older than 7 years can take a little more time especially in the case of your cruise control servo. Again I apologize we should have did a better job informing you of our progress during the procurment process.
Respectful, helpful, good listeners, no nonsense
I contacted this dealership by email. I spoke with them on the phone. I went there to test drive the van. Following that, they got me a loan, fixed a minor issue, helped me get it done quickly, and didn't give me a hard time / at any step along the way. Quite impressive / overall!

Not truthful.
Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle after emailing and phone calling the dealership. The vehicle had been sideswiped but the salesman never said that in our communication. I said I wanted the price lowered, to cover the cost of the repair. The salesman said, ?you?re looking at the wrong vehicle then, we don?t discount.?. The vehicle smelled of dogs and mismatched old tires.

Good Service Fred Helped me through the purchase
New to buying a car. Fred helped me find financing and navigate the whole process. I love my 2012 dodge ram!! I would definitely Recommend Aero Motors and Fred to anyone made the whole thing really easy for me.

Never visited.
Saw a 2002 Dodge Dakota listed on Cars.com from Aero. No pictures were posted, so I contacted the dealer looking for pictures. After a day or two. Someone by the name of "Zac" contacted me and said they should be up soon as it completed it's safety check. I waited a few days checking their website and cars.com for pictures. Never saw anything come about. Yesterday on Saturday the 26th I checked again. Vehicle is not listed and heard nothing from "Zac". Most places that I have contacted for pictures are very quick to respond with photos for a possible sale or even check back to see if I am interested in another car. So if this is how they do business. I know I don't want to do business with them. I was just trying to avoid driving across town.

Completely Unhappy
Bought a Ford Taurus from Aero. After complaining about a/c not working properly,so called problem was fixed.Six months later motor blew driving from D.C. Mechanic said heater core was plugged. Only put 2,000 miles on car and it's sitting in my driveway.
