AutoSavvy was awesome! My friend and I came to check out a Crosstrek. Ross was our sales advisor and he was awesome! Genuinely an awesome advisor and I'd love to work with him and the team at AutoSavvy again for sure.

I worked with two sales people and one sales manager,

I worked with two sales people and one sales manager, that were great. Unfortunately, I don’t believe an any of them new about the actual condition of the vehicle. Customer service is horrible and the shop only has limited hours but require at least one full day for a diagnostic. About a vehicle with a five year and additional 100,000 mile warranty but can get the oil leak repaired, the head lights adjusted properly or the half way installed amber grill lights wired to actually work instead of being decoration. Don’t trust the shop. Get everything inspected somewhere else.

Unfortunately your customer service is unable to be of any help. Especially with limited shop hours and no loaner vehicles for long repairs.
