BEWARE!!! They don't tell you everything!!
We found a "great deal" at auto source and now we know why. They claimed it had a clean carfax report but when I did my own research I found out this "little fender bender" it was more than just that. It was involved in a multiple car accident where the airbags deployed. Why wasn't I told this?!!! Isn't this something you would think someone buying from you should know?!! They said nothing was report but that's a bunch of bull. There's a police report for this accident. This place is AWFUL and very SHADY! PLEASE DO YOUR REAEARCH BEFORE BUTING A CAR FROM THESE GUYS. Down the road you'll be paying a lot more for it since they don't tell you everything you should know.

Love our car, amazing price.
We got a great car at an amazing price. But use caution. You are buying a wrecked car. We had two things that were not fixed properly. I would not buy a car if you live too far away and it is a hassle to bring the car back to the dealership. We had them put in our contract that they would fix any problems found within 90 days of purchase. Adam was great to work with and honored the contract. We really love our car and the price was amazing.

HORRIBLE- PLEASE DONT EVER BUY A CAR HERE!
I bought an Acura from this dealership a few years ago.. I was the one at fault for not looking into it more, but the carfax they gave me were completely wrong. They told me the car was in a small accident in the rear end... Truth is- It was totaled 4 TIMES!!!! They way way way over priced the car. I paid 21,000 for it and it is worth 3,500. They didn't do anything for the squeak I found as I drove away and seemed irritated that I even asked. I would NEVER EVER refer anyone here or even think about going back. I would hope people read this review and never go here to look for a car. They are scam artists, liars and jerks.

Rachel Nielsen, we are sorry to hear of your frustration and will do whatever we can to clear up any misunderstandings & issues regarding your 2008 Acura TSX you purchased from us January 19, 2010. We have tried multiple times to call you to directly address your concerns but have received no reply. We will therefore succinctly address each one of your concerns below in case you read this reply. We fully disclosed at the point of sale that we replaced the driver's side rear quarter panel, driver's side curtain airbag, and rear bumper cover...which is verifiable by VIN inspection (Acura prints the original VIN number on all original parts, which makes proving any previous repair very easy and fool-proof) and with pre-repair pictures. We do not sell vehicles that have mechanical or structural damage and being that you have driven the vehicle for the past four years without issue, proves the quality and integrity of our repair and your vehicle. We pulled the Carfax and Autocheck to verify what was stated in your review because we have never sold a vehicle that has been totaled four times. Both Carfax and Autocheck verify it has only ever had ONE accident (6/25/09); after which our Acura specific professional repair facility replaced the parts mentioned above. It is impossible to 'total a vehicle four times' from one accident. You must have misunderstood the reporting procedures/layout of Carfax & Autocheck. After a vehicle gets a 'Branded Title', upon the annual registration renewal, the Carfax/Autocheck will show 'Rebuilt Title Issued' which signifies the re-registration of the vehicle. That is NOT indicatory of the vehicle being totaled. You assumed it had been totaled four times, but four is actually the exact number of times the vehicle has been registered or re-registered since the repair in 2009. Regarding the value of the vehicle, you bought the vehicle for $16995 which was over $5,000 cheaper than any other comparable vehicle on the market. Obviously after the extended warranty you chose to purchase, taxes, and registration fees you came out the door at $20,917.27, but any vehicle you purchase will have taxes and registration fees on top of the price. The $3,500 valuation of your vehicle is confusing. We just pulled the Carfax, which is the only place that gives a numerical value dependent on history. It states as of right now that 'This TSX should be valued at ONLY $2,210 below Retail book value' of which is approx. $10,000-$12,000. Rachel, we have a 4.6 out of 5 star rating with Cars.com with over 225 reviews. We do care about you and your situation. We believe you were possibly given some incorrect information from a another dealer in an attempt to scare you into purchasing their vehicle. We would love to buy back or trade in your TSX if you want to get out of it. We guarantee to pay you thousands more than anyone else because we know that vehicle inside and out. Christmas Present
I wanted to surprise my wife with a car for Christmas. We went to Auto Source, and TJ Saylor was our sales rep. He was extremely helpful. We test drove some cars, and found one that my wife really liked, a LOT. It was a Ford Fusion. That night, I talked my wife out of buying the car, saying we should look around more, first to be sure. Then I secretly called TJ back, and we figured out a plan and put it into action. TJ was great about keeping the whole thing secret from my wife. He let me keep the car there at the lot for about three weeks until Christmas, and made sure not to mail the plates to my house where my wife might see. He even offered to drive the car down to his own house in Sandy for me, which would've been closer for me to pick up than going all the way up to Woods Cross. The day before Christmas Eve, I made up some excuse to leave the house, and ran up to pick up the car. TJ picked me up at the Front Runner station, and even gave me a gigantic bow to put on the car for Christmas morning. It was perfect! Let's just say, my wife was extremely excited and started to cry Christmas morning when she saw it! I'm very satisfied with the customer service I received... It couldn't have been better! And the car is fantastic, too.

Poor customer serivice
Watch out bought a 2012 Mazda 3 speed two days ago , got it home and no front drivers side turn signal. Called my sales person and first question was did I buy a Warrenty not I'm sorry will fix it :(. So much for 150 point inspection should have never left the lot with safety items not working. Hopefully it is just a bulb and easy to replace because I don't expect much customer service after that voice mail from dealership :(

The State Safety inspection checked and verified that all turn signals were fully functional.
