Untrustworthy
This car dealership is MAJOR red flag for me. I found a Subaru Legacy through their website last week and it seemed like a great deal. I knew it was branded vehicle but I wanted more information on what happened before so I ask David Wilkinson on what happened and he said, quote, "I don't have the pictures before repair on this one. It had the right side doors, front bumper cover, and right fender replaced." End quote. While I was there I asked David where this car was fixed and he mentioned to me it was fixed at a place that only fixes Subaru's so they were confident it would be fixed the correct way. We went down to test drive it and the car ran great and we liked it quite a bit, but wanted to go home and do more research on the company and vehicle (luckily we did). Once I was home all I did was google the vin number on the vehicle and I found with a quick search plenty of pictures on this website http://www.salvagedb.com/salvagecarphoto?q=4S3BMBA64C3021612 and I found out it was actually the LEFT side of the vehicle NOT the right side like he told me in the beginning. I was willing to overlook that fact and still placed an offer on the vehicle and we negotiated a price I was ready for, but I wanted to research the company of where it was fixed so I asked for the company name and David told me, quote, "I don't have the information on who did the repairs. The owners do not share that with us." So somehow he knew it was fixed at a place that only handles Subaru's but now when I ask for the exact place he does not have the information. At that point I decided there was one too many red flags with the way the business was being run and did not decide to purchase the vehicle. So approach with caution and make sure to ask questions and lots of them to get the full story and make sure you know what you are purchasing from them. Once again if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Mr. Prince, First off, we apologize for any mistakes on our end. We do our very best, however, we as humans are imperfect and make mistakes occasionally. Both Rich, our GM, and myself (Adam), Inventory Manager, have reached out and left 3 separate voicemails to talk about this specific scenario. We have not heard back from you yet to learn and understand your perspective. We want to understand your perspective and hopefully come to an understanding. I will briefly explain our perspective below but hope you will call us so we can smooth this out over the phone or in person. The Subaru Legacy of interest is a fabulous vehicle, which you came to find out by test driving the vehicle. In reference to my sales rep David Wilkinson telling you the repair was on the other side of the vehicle, he simply made a mistake and told you the wrong side. I have the repair history here and we clearly inputted that it had been repaired on the driver's side, not the passenger's side (which the pictures prove). Also, I saw and knew we had pictures to the vehicle and would have happily shown them to you if I were there to assist you, however, my Inventory Assistant made the mistake of not indicating on the sales rep's inventory list that we did have pictures when he initially stocked the vehicle in. So, because David Wilkinson didn't see the mark signifying pre-repair pictures being available, he told you we didn't have pictures. The insurance auctions don't always provide us with pictures so I have to communicate to my sales staff which ones we do have pre-repair pictures for. Our reputation is too dear to us, now being open almost 10 years, to fabricate which parts we replaced. We have always and will continue to tell our valued customers what exactly was done to any vehicle. Unfortunately, in this scenario, a few human errors occurred which understandably created reason for you to pause. The repair was performed at our Subaru specific shop. They specialize in repairing and reconditioning Subarus and do a phenomenal job. Due to our unique niche and business model, the sensitive information and network relationships with our specialized shops is considered 'Trade Secrets' and protected by our management team. We only choose to privatize such information for the longevity of our business model and company. We recommend any customer interested in our vehicles to have an unbiased, third-party inspection done to verify our disclosure regarding the repair. They will be able to substantiate our information and quality of our repair. Once again, Mr. Prince we apologize for our human errors/mistakes. There was no malicious or devious intent in their occurrence. We hope we can at least part friends even if you don't purchase our vehicle. We value our relationship with our customers and wish you the very best in the future!

DEALS IN REBUILT TITLES ONLY!!! Buyer Beware...
Price seemed good until the fact is revealed that this dealership ONLY sells REBUILT TITLE VEHICLES. If you want a SALVAGED CAR, this is the dealer... He says, 'Insurance is never a problem'.... Sure, unless you want full coverage and then there is a problem. This dealer should be upfront on his rebuilt titles before wasting time, phone calls, energy etc.

Bob from Coeur d'Alene, We are disheartened we weren't able to spend more time with you to clarify some of the concerns you have. We sell high quality clean title and branded title vehicles. We only take the best quality vehicles and put every vehicle through our rigorous 151 point inspection. In our ten year history, there has only been one insurance company that would not fully insure a branded title vehicle. And that insurance company of which most people have never heard off is very small, and is headquartered up in Tremonton, UT. Every other major insurance company has had no problem insuring our Utah 'Rebuilt/Restored Title' branded title vehicles. We hope to see you, Bob, someday soon so that we can show you how well we treat our valued customers. We wish you the best and look forward to servicing you in the future!
A dealership that beats the competition!
Okay first off, yes all five stars looks like I just filled this out quick, but the truth is I am just that impressed with David Wilkinson and the others at AutoSource Motors. Mr. Wilkinson even contacted me within a week of my purchase to check in with me, which proves his outstanding customer service. Financing went smoothly and was explained thoroughly by Corbin Hawkins, which was a relief when dealing with high amount loans. They made my experience less stressful and even spent time explaining where they got the car from and each process it had been through the whole length of the time they had it, which reassured me I knew what I was getting. If your reading this its because your looking at getting a car and trust me, I feel your pain. There are sooooo many variables to consider that its too overwhelming! In my experience, I went to several car dealerships, but the inventory wasn't impressive and the main offices I went to were average. One didn't even have a drinking fountain and it was 90 degrees outside! At AutoSource the inventory looks great with no cars on their lot that are an eyesore. Their office is clean and even offer a cold beverage and popcorn to their customers. Seriously, I usually don't write reviews because I think most of them don't even get read in the clutter of everything you can find on the web, but I feel so strong on having such a good experience that if there is a chance at helping someone else find a company to help them the way AutoSource helped me than it was worth writing this review.

This is the second car I purchased from AutoSource. I first looked at both of the vehicles I purchased on their website, the great thing about the website it has a lot of pictures and you can browse at you leisure. After finding the vehicles I wanted I went to their show room and was greeted by their great friendly staff that helped me finalize my purchases. I was so pleased with their service and pricing I just referred my sister in law to them for a new car.

Nissan Rogue
I came to AutoSource after looking for a long time. I knew I wanted a Rogue and had test driven many at other dealerships. At the other places I felt suffocated and pressured. When I came to AutoSource it was a breath of fresh air. I was so comfortable. Matt was so helpful and informative. The cars were unmatched in price. Even if they had been more expensive I still would have chosen AutoSource. I have referred 3 people there this week. Matt was a no pressure sales person. It was like talking to my brother. He was very helpful and personable. The people there are not your classic "used car salesmen". I talked with Matt several times sense and he has continued to be his kind friendly self. Their quality customer service doesn't end once the car is off the lot. I am so happy with my car! I'm so glad I chose to go to AutoSource!

Great car, excellent buying experience!!
We went in to AutoSource 3 different times and found David Wilkinson to be extremely helpful and accommodating every visit. He gave us 5 sets of keys and set us loose on the parking lot. No pressure and a totally easy shopping experience. None of the stereotypical "whats it gonna take to get you into this car today?" from anyone at Auto Source! Full disclosure on branded titles and I did my own research. Our 2011 Hyundai Sonata had some paint issues and they agreed to fix them all before we committed to purchase. The service department is going to have the whole car buffed out and the bumper repainted....without any add-on fees or hassles. They are just gonna git-r-dun! We had a great experience and will definitely refer everyone to buy from here. Be smart and understand what you are shopping for, then you will not be disappointed! Come see David, he will bend over backwards and EVEN STAY LATE....TWICE to help you out! Thanks David!
