I’m rating this dealership on as many forums as possible. After ridiculous wait times, we were fed false information repeatedly, and then had to deal with a very Rude finance manager. Seriously, made me want to walk out the door at the last minute without a car. And it wasn’t even a good deal. I’m usually pretty easy going, but this place was Slimey. Also FYI, the military appreciation “deal” is actually a trap to get military members to pay more. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Dan Ewbank provide great service and care.The shopping was interrupted by surgery and he was very understanding. He resumed his care when I returned. We are very pleased with the car and are getting used to the many new features. I would certainly recommend the dealership.This my 2nd car from here.

Convenient, Friendly, and Expedient!
We recently purchased a vehicle from Gary Smith Honda, utilizing the online sales area, and we didn't even have to come in to the dealership! From the very beginning of the transaction, the internet sales manager, Alan Johnson, was awesome! We have a vacation home located in the area, but live out of state, so purchasing our "vacation vehicle" remotely was a great convenience. We had a family member come to test drive the vehicle, and their experience was very similar - the team there was not pushy and took care of him. The entire process was stress-free, expedient, and Alan made us feel like a family member rather than just a customer. I would highly recommend using Alan Johnson and the team at Gary Smith Honda, and we will be returning for our next vehicle there!
