I was anxious over the technical difficulties that an engine replacement service in my CR-V Hybrid will need to be overcome. I was assured by the technical staff at Garry Smith Honda FWB that things are in control and also American Honda technical staff too was on call if consultancy is needed. This open mildness impressed me. I had peace of mind that I am in good hands. And Travis , the Service Director , deserves the credit. As expected , the job was completed successfully. The Master Tech, Robert , was sharp , methodic with no hesitation. The whole team performed masterfully. Well , if the technical service was great , is probably no surprise . The Customer Service process that dealt with a tough customer like myself took the stress and aggravation. And performed outstanding. Kudos to Travis, Robert and his team. George O

Terrible experience start to finish. Got called in 2 weeks later saying I owed 800 more dollars out of pocket. This was after an already terrible slimy experience getting ripped off with the buying/trading process. Go somewhere else. Save yourself time, sanity and money. They dont care. Zero customer service!

I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 430i from Gary Smith. The sales person was nice and friendly. My issue came after the sell. When I came to pick up the vehicle I was informed there was only one key. That cost me over $500 for an additional key. Furthermore, I was not told at the time of purchase the satellite radio and navigation system was not working. When in reached out to the Dealer to see if they would provide some assistance to the $1800 repair - a Head Unit replacement - I was told if it were up to me I would help you but I do not make those decisions. I recognize I am responsible for buying the car as is but the dealer should and must make the buyer aware prior to finalizing the deal. So... be ware if you plan on buying a car from Gary Smith Honda in Ft. Walton - I certainly will not be back and will advise everyone I know not to give them their business either. In addition, I received no follow up call after the purchase to see how I was doing with the vehicle - customer service guys!!! Do better next time!!!!

BEWARE... Gary Smith GM spoke to me as I were uneducated in the car buying process. I’m a 49yr old FEMALE, who is indeed educated in the ways in which dealerships operate and I was ready to purchase a car. I left Gary Smith Honda that day in tears. Perhaps if I were a MALE, I would be treated with more respect. BE WARNED

My son joined the military out of high school and was so exited to buy his first car. He went to Gary Smith Honda Fort Walton. Now after owning the car for 3 months they called and told him he must come in and pay almost 300 in 3 days. First the poor kid don't have any spare time (if your fresh in the military you understand ) second he is on a strict budget ,not making very much money. I called to try and help and was totally ignored by the GM Travis. I've called 4 days straight and was told he'd call me,I've been ignored. Seems Gary Smith Honda thinks military parents aren't worth talking to once they sell the car. It's an ongoing horrible experience. STAY AWAY

If you're looking for a new car, go see Andy and his team. Great group of folks to work with!! No high pressure sales and they are very helpful.

Terrible customer service. When you try to negotiate, they'll tell you "go to nissan". Extremely rude staff. sales associate made an offer, then her manager came out and raised the price. I've witnessed their cars stay on the lot for about a year, they can most definitely keep them

The salesman, Robbie Irvin was nice, respectful and not pushy. I felt like I was making the decisions for myself. The finance process takes too long. We were there over 5 hours.

Brought 2017 Honda Pilot in for a drift/pull. Paid $60 which is a decent price for an alignment, only if more than the toe was adjusted. After reviewing the pre/post alignment specificationsI, I observed that the front caster and camber are off and the RR camber is off. No mention of this by our service advisor nor was there any suggested remediation. Also noticed that the LF toe was not centered as was the RF. For $60 and no other possible adjustments, the least the technician could have done was center the toe so both individual toe was perfect as would the total toe. Spoke with another tire repair center and they tell me that there are bolt kits available for at least the RF camber to prevent tire wear. Very disappointed.

I bought a used 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. It was a pleasure to work with Andy C and Ryan Anderson. Would continue to buy cars at Gary Smith Honda in the future and also for vehicle service work.
