A pleasant new car purchase experience from start to finish. We did not feel rushed, having time to drive a few models and then think about our choices. Although it is always stressful to make such a big purchase, all the folks we worked with at Garavel were very nice and professional.

I had an incredible buying experience at Garavel. Visiting from out of state and my Outback broke needing significant work - older car and pricey repairs, flat bedded to Garavel on a recommendation. Well, I ended up buying a new Crosstrek and it was a very easy and very friendly process. Rudy was accommodating in every way - kind, personable, SO helpful, knew his stuff! Teddy was great too! It was like talking to old friends. Would definitely buy from Rudy again. Great ride back to Vermont, driving my new "Vermont State Car" - the SUBARU!!! PS - also was helped by Omar in Service with my old car, and he was great in getting me set, giving me a loaner, etc......
