Garavel is a great dealership and Michelle made our experience easy! She is very thorough and helpful! Even followed up after the sale in case we had more questions.

I bought a car from Dave Novik and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. They helped me order a car from the factory - Dave and Teddy were easy to work with and super responsive. Dave kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know when the car was built, when it would arrive in port and sending pictures when it hit the lot. My delivery day was seamless with no surprises - except the final price was actually a few dollars lower than we had agreed! This was easily the best car purchase experience I've had, new or used. We had a great experience from start to finish purchasing our Forester at Garavel Subaru. The team there is awesome! Stephen was great! He spent time with us and had extended knowledge about the entire car. (We did look at other dealerships, but no comparison). At purchase (on a Sunday) we wanted a hitch added for bicycle rack. The service department was able to obtain the hitch and install it the very next day! On Monday, we picked up the car with the hitch already installed!!! No return visit needed! Joe was absolutely amazing in the process of buying my 22 Subaru Legacy. He answered all of my questions and made sure I left knowing all of the features that this car comes with. He did not once pressure me into buying before I was ready which is rare to find and was greatly appreciated. Dave Novik was awesome. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Very familiar with the Forester and answered all my questions. Not so impressed with the business manager who did the final paperwork. I was promised an 11:00 appointment and didn't sit down until 11:20. Wasn't sure of what he was doing and almost sold me this $23,000 vehicle for $3,500. until I pointed out the mistake. Perhaps a little more training and everyone needs to understand that the customer's time is just as valuable as the dealership personnel, maybe more.
