My sales person Michele was super helpful and patient. She explained the features of my new Crosstrek in detail, allayed my various concerns, and convinced me that this vehicle was perfect as my new car. At Garavel, all the staff were friendly and willing to help me.

Working with Dave to purchase a 2025 Forrester Touring Edition was an absolute pleasure. He was knowledgeable, empathetic, honest, and prompt. He showed extra concern for answering all our questions and helped us choose the model and trim most closely aligned with our tastes and needs. Because of the demands on our time, Dave respected that most of the paperwork had to be handled via email. He was very helpful in ensuring we knew what we needed to send for insurance and registration. This enabled us to choose a car from inventory and take delivery, including a lengthy night-time onboarding and tech tutorial the same day. In short, he was terrific.

Our family leased 2 vehicles with Gary and the experience was supportive, seamless and enjoyable. Gary connected with me in both the car buying experience and we had some nice chats about raising kids. This connection builds trust & that’s essential in customer service. Upon signing paperwork, we walked around to each department to pick up a small branded item - it was a nice touch to meet the people who do this work every day and to know I’m part of the Subaru family.

I unfortunately had to revisit Garavel after only 8 months with my last car due to my 2024 Crosstreck getting totaled by a tree. I knew I had no choice but to work with Stephen who had brought me a fair price with my Crosstreck and did not play games or try to oversell me. I hope not to need to get a third card from Stephen or Garavel anytime soon but have sent my aunt and would have no fear to send anyone to get cars from Stephen or Garavel Subaru.

I can't say enough good things about the excellent service from Michele during my recent CrossTrek purchase.
