Enjoyed working with Miles Shapire again, who eased me into a new Impreza lease. He is always so pleasant and efficient and before you know it, you're in the driver's seat of a great new Subaru.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change at 12 45 got a 1:15 appt and was on the road again by 1;48 Just enough time for a cup of coffee and to read the paper. I am sorry they no longer give complimentary car washes with all the road salt I really needed one

Service and service agent were competent and professional. The service reprep. Joe, was clear, concise and fully explained my options and the associated benefits and cost. He was engaged and, I believe, truly concerned for his customers.

Took my Subaru in for its first check up. I was greeted with friendly staff who took my information and my car right on time. I was offered a ride back to work. And was also picked up on time from work by their courtesy shuttle to go get my car back from the dealership. Great Service!
