Garavel Subaru

Although it is exciting buying a new car, I was apprehensive about facing a pushy salesperson and not looking forward to the hassling over options and price. I did not experience any of that with Gary Baumann at Garavel Subaru. He was outstanding; no slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, just great accommodating service. He took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. He took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly, including connecting the blue tooth with my phone. . This was a good experience beginning to end. Our salesman, John, did a wonderful job getting me into a new Forester. This is my second Forester although this time around I chose Garavel. They simply want to sell and lease cars. They are interested in getting your business and not in some overly aggressive manner. I did not need to intital stay in the dealership for the usual two plus hours when the salesman goes back and forth with the manager in the "dance of the cost". Questions were answered quickly and sale/lease terms were easy to understand. I chose this dealership over my previous one that I visited earlier in the day. That says a lot. Lastly, our salesman did a very thorough explanation of the features on the 2018 model.

Working with Gary was great. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable. Overall, everyone was very professional and pleasant. It is a totally different experience than I've had in the past.

The only dealership in our search for a new car that was not scummy or rude. Sam was helpful, honest, nice, and made the process easy and without stress. I bought a non-Subaru car from their used car lot, but he was still knowledgable and helpful. Awesome!

Nicole was great. She wasn't pushy, she was very easy to talk to. I knew exactly what I wanted and Nicole didn't try to up sell anything or try to talk me into options that I didn't want. She communicated frequently and kept me in the loop every step of the process. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a Subaru.
