Dave is the absolute best. He is endlessly patient, and even when he's super busy, he always made it seem like he had all the time in the world to answer my questions and soothe my anxieties. This was our second new Subaru purchase with Dave, and he actually remembered details from the first one two years ago when we came in this time! In general, Garavel is a great dealership -- everyone is really knowledgeable and friendly, and the space is gorgeous (loved working in the quiet room while my car was being serviced!). I recommend Dave and Garavel to everyone, and will definitely be back here when we need a new vehicle -- hopefully in many years!

Out of the cars we’ve bought (this would be our fourth) & all of the many dealerships we’ve been in, Garavel has been easily one of the top 3 (most others were terrible - high pressure or fighting for who would take the customer) No pressure salesmanship… While they can offer to drive with you for a test drive (if you don’t know the area), their default is to test drive the car on your own (again, no pressure). With good deals & a painless car buying process (other than having to part with hard earned cash 😀) & it’s all because of the some of the good people at Garavel. Dave, Teddy, Jose were all great to work with. Dave was especially easy to work with & took his time to make sure you were comfortable with what I was buying. Thanks again for our 3rd Subaru.

This is the second Subaru I have found with Dave and both experiences have been excellent. He really listened to what I was looking for and made sure I got exactly the vehicle I needed and wanted. There was no rush in the process, only thoughtful consideration and respect for the client. The service team is courteous and thorough. Excellent experience all around and I highly recommend Dave when you are in the market for a new or leased car.

I just leased a Subaru Outback from Garavel Subaru. It was the third or fourth time I have done so. Dave Novik was my salesperson and he made the process easy and efficient. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and explained each step in detail.

Great experience buying our Crosstrek at Garavel Subaru last week. We were looking to trade our 2016 Crosstrek with over 112,000 miles and loved it so much we knew we wanted another. Byeong Cheon is fantastic, super trustworthy and goes above and beyond (sales). Ask for him. 5 stars for Byeong. Unfortunately his business/finance colleagues who do the registrations and payment I would call the 'business preventors'. They are not organized, keep you waiting for hours, and discover issues at the last minute which they could/should have flagged days earlier, and their whole process is completely non-transparent. But Byeong is the best!.
