I had a very excellent car buying experience for my first brand new car. Marcus, went above and beyond and didn't everything he could to help me get the best deal. I highly recommend going to Mcgrath City Hyundai and asking for Marcus. I will be back in the future to purchase another vehicle

What a nightmare. I called them, some lady picked up the phone, 2 min in to conversation i have asked for a new sales person. I was looking at used performance car. I have asked them about extended warranty. She said they do offer warranties but why you ask for it? Because you have not seen a car yet. She said i need to come and see it 1st and then i will get a quote on a warranty, after another 30 sec of trying to explain to her that i live 2 hours away and i don't wish to buy performance used car without warranty i asked for another sales person. She transfer me, after 4-5 min on hold i hung up and called them again. Another female in sales picks up the phone and the same story goes on again. I need to come and see the car. I had to explain to her like to baby why i need the info on warranty. After 5 minutes i gave her my email and she said somebody from finance department will send me a quote. 5 Hours later i am writing this review and still no email. Very very poor communication take you business somewhere else.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic LX from them last Saturday evening. It was closing time for them so the sales person handed over the keys to the finance personal and left for the day while we were finishing the paperwork. After we finished the paperwork, the finance personal handed me the key and noticed that the sales person for some reason handed him just one key while a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Vehicle must come with Two OEM Key Remotes and a Valet Key (It is on the 182 point inspection checklist for Honda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle). The finance guy said he will inform the sales person and they should mail the other keys to me. Just to confirm, I called the sales person on Monday and he said he will get back to me about other keys in sometime. I received a text later that evening saying that the car came with just one key. I called them back to remind that it is a certified vehicle and I have the checklist with technician’s signature saying that the car has two OEM Key Remotes and a Valet Key. They said only my sales person, which were Moises and Juan, could handle the request and so I asked them to transfer the call to them. The call remained on hold for 15-20 minutes and then someone else said that they were busy with other customers now and will call me back. I didn’t receive a call for two days, so I called them back on Wednesday and the same thing repeated. I was told they were busy with other customers. It happened again on Thursday! I would have ignored this if I didn't have a document with their technician's signature saying the car must have two OEM Key Remotes and a Valet Key. This makes me question if they have even performed the other checks required of a certified vehicle. So long story short, you are better off taking your business elsewhere. Since they don't value you or your time and may blatantly lie about things.
