The man is rude and ignorant the way I was talk to my car was there for 3 1/2 hours for an oil change they also took it for they must’ve took it out for lunch cause there was 5 miles on the dashboard extra all the lights are on the dashboard. They said it was my job to take them off. I will never go back to McGrath Honda on Oak Park Avenue in grand Avenue again. My salesman was very nice, but the service department sucks in plain English English.

It was busy when I arrived for an appointment. It took a little to check-in, but worth it. Great advisor, very thorough, and does not give off a busy, rude, or pushy tone. He was able to help me get the services needed on my car, and took his time to work with me. I walked into McGrath Honda with a less than perfect credit score and no money to put down.towards a car. Mark was my salesman and I highly recommend him. The entire staff did an amazing job assisting me and answering all my questions .Mark especially helped me through the whole process of buying a new 2025 Honda CRV Sport vehicle. He was honest and straightforward with me (which I definitely appreciate). He made the entire process easy and pain free as well.
