Service intake review
Dealership is great. I’ve purchased 3 of my Hondas from McGrath. Service intake persons are a mixed bag. Unless I call and schedule my appointment with Bill Miller, I get so-so service. He treats me like an old friend.

Excellent, efficient Honda service
Service was prompt and efficient. My service advisor, Louis, was great and actually finished service ahead of schedule. The dealership is also located close to a shopping and park area, so there’s plenty to walk around and see while waiting.

Brought in my 21 Civic Type R for its first oil change. I was somewhat nervous for numerous reasons including this wasn't the location where I purchased the vehicle. Service advisor Jeremy Sanchez did a fantastic job plus their dept had me in and out in no time which is good while we all navigate these fluid, ever-changing COVID rules. Facility including waiting area was very clean.
