This dealership is a joke. Majority of the employees are very unprofessional. Dana Grande the client relations manager is not doing her job well. Rude and not helpful. Service advisor David Meraz extremely rude and don’t listen to me as a customer. I am loyal to Honda but now it changes my mind because of the people on this dealership.
