Worst integrity I've ever experienced at a dealership.

Worst integrity I've ever experienced at a dealership. Sold us a faulty car that they assured us was fixed. This was the ONLY reason we bought the car, because the sales guy Nik assured us the problem was fully repaired. The day we got it the same issue occurred, and left us stranded 3 hours from home, and the same issue they claimed was fixed on day 1 has occurred over and over. They just had our car in their shop for 49 Days! Guess what, the day after we finally got it back the same problem occurred again. They refuse to take responsibility and only provide us alternative options if they make even more money off us after selling us a faulty vehicle. Worst car buying experience ever, and really damaging to the GM/Chevy Brand (which I've purchased for decades).

Chris B is amazing and the cute little Gal that works in financing was awesome!! Would highly recommend this dealership, Everyone including the general manager was very friendly and treat you like family!!

We bought A used truck at Murdoch auto in Logan.

We bought A used truck at Murdoch auto in Logan. We drove it back to Idaho and it wouldn’t start in the morning called them. They sent a man out to get it started. We drove it back to Logan and they put in a new battery. The next morning The truck wouldn’t start again. Murdoch again sent somebody up and ended up having to have it towed back to their shop. I did a complete diagnostic and found out what the problem was and fixed it. Our salesman, Daniel was awesome – –he kept us updated on everything and was so good to work with!! Ty in the service department was also great!! Very happy and pleased with their caring and the great customer service that we received!

The GMC vehicle was good but the dealer made av $420

The GMC vehicle was good but the dealer made av $420 mistake on the sales tax offset for the trade in. The dealer has said they will correct ithe error but 3 people have not done what they committed to do, even after several weeks and multiple contacts.. Also their service “advisor”’has said they are overbooked and showed no interest in resolving an issue with the heads up display, The salesman suggested I take it to a different dealer. I went to Hansen Motors and they were far more responsive
