I experienced exceptional service from Keith Sherman. In the past I had such poor service in Encinitas that I traveled out of my way to Vista for service. Keith went out of his way to provide service even though I did not have an appointment. He facilitated transportation needs while the vehicle was being serviced. Keith was professional, respectful, and efficient. When purchasing a BMW, the quality speaks for itself. It is important to find an excellent servicing department!

Easy transaction. Lot was really crowded and chaotic to look at and maneuver through, however they are in the middle of construction. Sales and Finance person were extremely nice.

This stores service is always on point. Omar happily accommodated all of my requests. Even with the move to the new building they are still super friendly and timely.

I had a great service experience, Keith Sherman: he is courteous, friendly, described service to be done clearly, and had the car ready as promised. I really appreciated the loaner, it made my life much easier! It would had been nice if the car was washed, but I understand they are at a temporary location and that may be challenging

I brought my car in for service because I had an oil leak and it was running rough. They did $2,200 worth of work and when I got it back it was still running rough within a week and still had an oil leak. When I took it back they told me I needed more than $10K worth of add'l work...I was NOT happy!!!

Everything was delivered as promised. Only issue was the crowded space as they are building out their new facility. It will be worth the wait and construction.

The service dept is great. Easy to Keke an appt., service on the car is quick, of quality, and finished when promised. My advisor Keith has been a joy to work with. I will not take my X5 anywhere else.

Best BMW dealer in San Diego county. We just got our first X5 and it was an A+ experience with BMW of Carlsbad! Jeremy Shadburn is an amazing salesperson and made the process as simple as possible. We agreed on the deal via phone/text and then I came in to finalize the deal/pick up the car. Easiest process I've ever been a part of and we are so happy with the car. No other BMW dealer in the area was as friendly and helpful as BMW Carlsbad. Cannot recommend enough!
