I have purchased 2 vehicles from Gulf Coast Atuo Slaes in the last year. Needless to say, I would not have purchased the second if I weren't happy with my first experience. Mark and his staff were honest about both vehicles requiring a small repair (a power widow motor on one car and a bushing on the other). These small repair requirements may have otherwise gone unnoticed by me. I was in a bit of a rush time-wise when purchasing both vehicles so I was told that I could bring the vehicle back when it was more convenient for me and that they would honor their committment. I was pleased with the ease of making those appointments and very satisifed with both vehicle repairs. As agreed, they did not charge me any extra and performed both repairs quickly and while I waited. Overall very satisfied with Gulf Coast Auto Sales and the vehicles that they sold me. Mark stands behind his promises and Nick in Finance really knows his stuff.

Ed went out of his way to help me in purchasing this car. He was refreshingly honest and so kind. I'm a stay at home mom and was trying to figure out how i would pick up the car once it was purchased. Ed offered to have someone pick me up even after I told him I may have to take a cab to the dealership. That's awesome service! The price was low and the car is in great condition. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will go to them first in any future purchase.

Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do, however, Mark Vann and his team were very easy to work with. They gave me the best offer on my trade in and a great price on buying a car from them. Even after his mechanical team found a problem with my trade in that I was not aware of, they did not reduce the amount on my trade in. After visiting dozens of dealerships, my husband and I found the car that exceeded our expectations in both quality and in value, and also met our uncompromising criteria (accident-free, mileage <70k, American made, well-cared for, V-8 formula sportscar) - yes, we were that picky;) We were greeted but were given the freedom to browse and inspect any vehicle on their lot without the pressure of the "tag along" sales presence we found at all other dealerships.
