Very disappointed
I was very happy with the buying process, the sales was very smooth, I mentioned a headlight code to the sales rep, which she took a pic and showed it to Lukasz, (repair shop manager), which he assured me they will fix it, and they gave a promise note they were going to fix it within 30 days, which it was awesome since the car was sold as is, i finally was able to drop the car a week or two weeks later, after a lot back and forth with him, he said they were going to check and get back to me as soon as car was ready, they took two weeks, and finally decided to pick up the car, since every time I talked to him seems they’re were not doing anything to the car, I called him on Tuesday and told I I was picking the car, and his response was the car was not ready, that they it was going to take one more day, I insisted that I was picking the car anyway, I showed up and he then told me that he order the parts, to stop by the following week, which increased my frustration that he was just lying and pushing days, if I knew that they were not going to fix the car like they promised, I would it walk away and find anothe car somewhere else.

The staff was very unhelpful and uninformed about the vehicle they were selling. They were unfriendly and unmotivated to make a sale. I wanted to buy a car, and they didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend this dealership at all.

Bought a Buick Encore for the wife got a good deal the guys there were all very helpful had a little problem with the car after we got it they took care of it right away with no problems I recommend this place highly

Unhappy
Unhappy day one issue brakes,tires,bushings, engine ticking now no heat from vents I've never had this many issues in the beginning just 4 weeks Bill helped but at this point I'm stuck.

Weird experience
This was a weird experience. I probably called this dealership 50 times, and spoke to 10 different people about the same car. I never really knew who my salesperson was. I was shopping for a BRZ or a Miata, I ended up buying through Paul, but he didn’t put my license plates in the vehicle being delivered, the car was pretty messy (not even vacuumed), or washed. The delivery was also weird, the delivery people took $250 cash, but they parked their trailer in Milwaukee and drove my car to my house. They could’ve stopped in the middle (i live in Kenosha), and saved some of the gas and miles on the vehicle. The vehicle was also delivered at 10:30pm, and I didn’t sign any BOL, or paperwork taking possession of the car. So I was unable to verify any discrepancies that I noticed (scratched bumper, dents on door, etc.). Ended up having to speak to a sales manager to get my finance paperwork sent over, and my plates sent to me via mail. Overall a very awkward situation, but I have the car in the end.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. They were rude and harassed me even after the sale. I would not recommend doing business with them.

What a huge disappointment and let down.
I was scheduled to view a 2011 GMC Terrain when I arrived the vehicle supposedly was sold 15 minutes prior to my arrival. However, the supposed bill of sale had a time stamp of 6:09pm. This dealership is a piece of xxxx.

Hi Nolan, I understand your frustration and apologize sincerely for the inconvenience you were caused. I do see that you had an appointment for the vehicle, but no deposit was processed. Because of our great prices, our inventory does change very rapidly. I am not sure what you "overheard", but we did indeed complete the sale at 6:07PM. We had a customer drive down from Wisconsin for the car. I've included a screenshot of the sale, you will even see a timestamp when the paperwork was finalized and printed. I apologize this happened and wish we would have had the time to notify you we had it sold prior to your arrival. I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE THAT NEEDED MAJOR SUSPENSIÓN AND INSTRUMENT PANEL ISSUES. I CONTACTED BILL PARKS WHO IS A GENERAL MANAGER AND HE SAID THAT HE WOULD INSPECT MY VEHICLE AND MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. I AM DISPLEASED BECAUSE MY VEHICLE STILL HAS THE SAME UNSAFE ROAD AND MAJOR DRIVING ISSUES. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PATRONIZING THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY HAVE DECEPTIVE PRACTICES AND IS NOT REPUTABLE.
