Chris in Finance added an extra charge unto my contract without my consent or letting me know. He called it a service fee for an extended warranty. There was no such warranty placed on the car! The finance company had to contact them for dealership compliance. Just avoid the hassle and go to a dealership that is reputable.

I found a car that I like on cars.Com , called the dealership , Brandon answered (super nice guy on phone ) i was looking for Audi a4 presented with 12k miles. Brandon said we have it confirmed it , and spoke to him twice on the phone . I decided to come to see the car shortly after. I drove for an hour, I walked in Brandon was with customers, greeted me and said xxxx be right out , i walked out to find the car , could not find it. Another employee walks out to talk to me , told him what I was there for , he asked me how I heard of them, I said cars.Com , he said ok he goes in walks out with menager, I meet him as well. At this point i knew car is not there. Tells me its somewhere else . He said he will cut me a deal for any other car that interest me . I said no thank you, I wasted hour of a drive for nothing. NEVER COMING BACK HERE !

Made the trip up from Indianapolis to purchase and 2014 Scion tC. Scheduled the appointment the day prior and Marek was very punctual and professional, made the purchase very easy. Marek Kantor is the best ! Great service, fast purchase, excellent warranty and bank loan - everything done in less than 2 hours. We drove in with old Mitsubishi and drove out with new Nissan. Perfect.
