Awesome staff. John, Joe, and Kal were a big help throughout the car buying process. Would recommend 11/10

Jeremy and the entire crew were very professional

Jeremy and the entire crew were very professional and were able to get me into the truck of my dreams. The team gave me top dollar for my 2007 F250 super duty and worked with lenders to get me qualified with a good interest rate, even though I had a few blemishes' on my credit. I am enjoying my 2011 F350 Super Duty Lariat and if you guys are ever in Linden NC, swing by the Circle K Ranch and I will cook you a stake. Keep up the good work, and God Bless You all.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND ATMOSPHERE! Very poor experience with these guys! I had to continously follow up with them because they never called back when they said they would and each time i spoke with someone different and they had to familiarize themselves with my deal. I was ready to buy from these guys! They had a vehicle i was interested in and it seemed like a resonable price. However, I live an hour from this dealership, so I wanted to make sure that it was going to be worth my drive to see the vehicle in person. I finally got someone to call me back Friday evening and I committed to come see the car Saturday morning after my dentist appointment. First of all, when I arrived the guy that I made the appointment with wasn 't even there and was not coming in. The "marketing guy" says that he will take a look at his notes and help me. The car was not in as good of condition as I was expecting and the change oil light was on. The "marketing guy" said that it had been serviced, but their service guys don't take the time to reset the alert. So, here I am an hour away with my two year old kid and my mouth still numb from the dentist and obviously these guys still didn't think I was serious or treat me with much respect! After a short test drive, I sat down with the "marketing guy" to negotiate a deal. I gave him what I thought was a fair opening offer and he slammed down his hands got up and walked away?!?! There was no conversation to be had! I came with $2000 and a bank approval hoping to walk away with a new car, but this guy was so rude that i just gathered my child and our things and left.

Insulting Dealer

I went to this dealer to purchase their 2010 Ford F-250 and after looking at the truck, I decided I wanted to drive it. The salesman told me I had to fill out a credit application before I could drive the vehicle. I told him I would like to drive it first. The sales manager then came outside and told me the same thing. I asked the sales manager if the owner was there and I was informed he had no schedule and was not there. I left my name and number but was informed that he may not call back because he don't deal with selling vehicles. I have never heard of such backwards policies and stuff. I was very much defended. This also throws a red flag to me. If I am having this small issue and it can't easily be resolved, what will happen if I drive off the lot and the motor blows??......more than likely I will be on my own. I wouldn't buy so much as a bottle of water from these people.

We are very sorry you had an unpleasant experience at our dealership. Unfortunately, sometimes dealership policies designed to prevent problems have unintended negative results. We get many requests from people to test drive our cars and trucks. Some from people who are looking to purchase and some from people who just want to drive a nice looking vehicle. It isn't always easy to determine which is which. Sometimes we get it wrong. For that we do apologize. To clarify however, I did in fact call and offer to assist you myself.
