I went to turn in my leased vehicle and lease a new one. The salesperson I dealt with before had retired so I met a new one and I was very pleased with his service and he was very friendly and easy to deal with.

Greg made my purchase very easy. I never felt pressured for the sale. The deal process was so easy, that I had to look it up on Edmunds and found that I got a really good deal without having to go back-and-forth haggling. I highly recommend KiPo and especially Greg Taylor if looking for a vehicle.

The dealership and John, the salesman I worked with did a great job of keeping me informed of when the car would be ready. They were even able to find an extra $1500 off after the car arrived I was not anticipating.

I was there for an oil change but also got wind shield wipers. it rained 2 days later and my driver side wiper flew off into the middle of the road. I retrieved it but the clasp thing was gone. I went to Auto Zone a couple blocks away and got a new wiper. I called the dealership and they readily said they would reimburse me for the wiper and sent the check which I received in 3 days. I would call that pretty good service!

On-time and very efficient. Excellent clean lounge with coffee, water, and cookies.

I have always liked the way KIPO has treated me. The dealer I bought my last car from they treated me lousy for servicing it. I called KIPO and they took me right in fixed the problem and I have been bringing my vehicle to them ever since, at least 5 years. I was now ready for a different vehicle and went to KIPO.

Had an oil change, tire rotation and the differential oil change. All done in a reasonable amount of time.
