Exceptional friendly, efficient, professional service

My experience with Mercedes Benz- Saint Claire Shores was amazing! Sterling Yowell, My leasing consultant went above and beyond to ensure my experience was amazing! He was knowledgeable, flexible and attentive! He brought my dreams to reality! First Mercedes

Sterling was our sales rep. He was super personable and extremely knowledgeable about our car. Raz, the gm, spoke to me personally on the phone before we came over as we live 2 hours away in Battle Creek. I emphasized how important honesty was to me in all aspects of the purchase. He gave me a price over the phone and it wasn't a penny more than that when we arrived. Charles was our financial resource and made the signing very easy to understand. He also explained our extended warranty choices allowing us to make the best choice for us. Upon completion of the sale, all three of these fantastic men seeked us out, shook our hands, thanked us warmly, and welcomed us to the 'Mercedes family'.

10,000 mile service.

Just went in for a 10,000 mile service. I waited for my car. No issues. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. Refreshments were offered. No issues.

The salesman Sterling at Mercedes Benz in St Clair Shores was so awesome, We would recommend him to everyone. We were so impressed with him we ended up going back and buying a second vehicle from him. The experience was fantastic and the staff was awesome as well. We built a great relationship with Sterling. Great low pressure sales experience.

Alvin was super easy to work with. It was nice to have a person who wasn't high pressure and answered all my questions. The last Mercedes I bought was in a high pressure sales environment and it was such a turn off. Charles the finance manager explained all my options well and I feel I was able to make an informed decision. I had some questions after the sale and they were answered promptly -- I never felt rushed or blown off. Also worth noting the lobby and waiting area is super nice.
