From the time I first walked through the front door till

From the time I first walked through the front door till the time I drove home my new Mercedes I was treated like a special customer. I’ve been buying new cars for 50 years and this experience has been the absolute best. I want to give Ryan Natale a special thanks for making my purchase as easy as possible. I often said buying a new car was like going to the dentist for a root canal but that all changed when I went to Ray Catena of Union and met Ryan Natale. He kept me informed of the whole process, from the build date in Germany to the ship date to the US. I knew exactly what was happening. I could not be more pleased with the service I received at this dealership. If you go there ask for Ryan Natale and you will be assured of the same level of service I received. 👍

I can not even begin to describe my frustration with this

I can not even begin to describe my frustration with this dealership, the service, and in fact the whole company. This is my first time buying a car; a brand new car and I am very unsatisfied with the brand I have chosen. I have a GLC 300 2023, which I bought back on July 17, 2023. Right now, my car has 2,055 miles and I have been emailing, texting, and going back and forth to Mercedes of Union because my service engine light has been on for a little over a month. When I take it to the dealership they tell me that there is nothing wrong with my car. If there is nothing wrong with my car, why is there a case open? If there is nothing wrong with my car why is the light constantly going on? I did not buy a brand new car to have to deal with a service engine light issue that has no fix. With the service engine light being on this also causes my remote start to not work, which is one of the reasons why I bought this car. This is unacceptable for a luxury car brand. ;Put yourself in my shoes, would you be satisfied if you bought a brand new car and the service engine light is continuously on or would you like to be going back and forth to the dealership? Who's giving me back my time and gas I’ve been wasting for an unresolved issue. Or would you like it if, when you go to the dealership you get a disgustingly rude attitude for the ladies in the front desk when you have been nothing but patient and understanding. I want this problem resolved just as you would if you were in my exact situation. I do not want to drive a brand new car with any lights on.
