My vehicle was repaired by replacing a defective low

My vehicle was repaired by replacing a defective low pressure file pump. I am not happy with Toyota for not doing the replacement the first time the car broke down.. I do appreciate the work of the dealer to make my vehicle operational and restoring my feeling of safety while driving my RAV4 Hybrid.

They do good work i had my truck for 20 years it still

They do good work i had my truck for 20 years it still works. I don't make enough money to buy a new one until they lower the prices by 25 percent

Fast, great service!

Fast, great service!! I went in for an oil change and front end alignment, and they had everything done in an hour!

I used the Service Center at Landers Toyota for my oil

I used the Service Center at Landers Toyota for my oil change on my used car I purchased through them. I used online scheduling and chose to wait in the service center lobby. The service department is very efficient and communication was exceptional. I was there for maybe an hour at the most. They also checked my car for any maintenance or potential problems which I appreciate.I am very happy with the results of my visit.

First level costumer service acted like my truck being

First level costumer service acted like my truck being serviced was an inconvenience to them. Only after getting zero help and getting frustrated did the most simple service assistance start helping me. Every time I had a conversation with service center I would be mad until the service manager would call to explain issues. Once the truck was returned to me and my wife picked it up, service personnel asked if there were any questions. She asked questions and they were answered with I don’t know that. We ended up getting taken care of on every issue that came up but only after a service advisor would be minimally helpful or saying something unintelligent and acting like we were an inconvenience and an obstacle.
