The purchase process was great, until they lost my

The purchase process was great, until they lost my cashier's check. In assisting them with their error I've so far spent about 2.5 hours on the phone and at my bank. I had to get the cashier's check cancelled, which required signature and notarization, and will have to go to Landers to have another temporary tag issued and the dates on the sale documents edited so I don't get penalized when I go get it tagged, then once the funds are returned to my account from the cancelled cashier's check, I will have to go get another check, revisit Landers and hopefully get the documents to my car at that point. That will require more time. There has been zero offer of anything to compensate me for the time I'm spending helping them resolve their error so I can get my car's documents and tag my vehicle.

The people are great.

The people are great. My only complaint is that I brought the car in to take a look at the alignment and was told that the vehicle had been out of alignment and needed new tires. I would think that that would have been checked when you purchased the vehicle

Jeremy at NWA toyota is the best of the best! His dad sold my mom almost all of her cars and Now I’m sure he will see me all of mine! I can’t recommend him enough!!

I purchased this vehicles for full asking price thinking

I purchased this vehicles for full asking price thinking they would have done a full inspection on the vehicle. I purchased a 3 year warranty and gap insurance, of which I was told very clearly that any electrical issues would be covered. What they failed to mention was that id have a 500 dollar deductible for any electrical issues. As I left the parking lot within minutes my sensors that detect cars to the left and right of my vehicle popped up on the dashboard as disabled. I called Toyota to schedule an appointment to find the issue with my brand new car. We scheduled an appointment a week out and, to my surprise, the sensors that showed to be disabled suddenly started working again. I was then told an appointment to check the issue was not necessary. Fast forward a year and a half later and the same issue appears. After speaking with them I was blamed for the issue. They do not check the electrical system unless there is an immediate sign that there is an issue. That is not a full inspection. The sales rep was rude and said I should have had it fixed within the 30 days of purchase in order to have it checked for free. This is after I payed full price and was flat out lied to about the warranty and gap insurance covering any electrical issues. These people are deceptive and are just looking to make money. I will continue to spread the word and make posts on every forum possible about the deception the people at this dealership convey. I will rent a billboard as well within the next few weeks near the dealership to warn others of the mistake I made in dealing with these people. I do not like being lied to, especially when I’ve asked direct questions about the coverage and was generous to pay full price. Warning to those looking to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM LANDERS TOYOTA. They will lie about doing a full inspection on the vehicle. They did not check the electrical and now I must pay for their deception. I will make posts every day to help spare others.

I will continue to spread the word of what happened to me. I paid full asking price and was more than happy to for a fully functioning vehicle, as it was presented to me. I will continue to make posts on Reddit, google reviews, Facebook and anywhere else that I can. I am currently preparing a YouTube video to be released on my somewhat popular YouTube channel next week. I have already had over 28 comments within one day on a Reddit post of others sharing their disappointment with your dealership. I will consider reaching out to the dealership at another time. I am currently trying to help others avoid your dealership. And all it would have taken on the landers Toyota’s part was to fix and cover the cost of an issue that was quoted over the phone at under 200 dollars. By spreading the word of my experience it will cost landers Toyota much more than that. Thanks so much for your generous response after dealing with a very rude sales rep about 5 days ago.
