Exceeded expectations!

Everyone there was so helpful and friendly and very professional. Bill Nabors worked through a myriad of things to get it done. Then onto finance. Just two places: not the ‘usual’ go here, talk there, go to another person, back and forth... none of that here. They All went out their way to help us. A do again? Definitely!

Courteous service and excellent experience!

I highly recommend this dealership. I felt very comfortable coming here to buy a car, especially being a female and wanting to represent myself. I know this sounds like a no-brainer, but the folks here will treat you right. The entire process took about four hours.

Truck Purchase

Herbert and Kyle were fantastic. They got me out of my lease and kept me in a Tundra, which is what I wanted. Kyle was even able to beet my rate through my insurance company.

Best Customer Service

I enjoyed this dealership a lot. I’ve been to other dealerships where their main goal is to make the most money. Instead of Landers pressing their goals onto me, the guys listened to my own goals and respected them. I never felt pressured the entire time, and I left extremely happy. Lex Long was my salesman and he was fantastic. He had a great personality and was able to show relation with us. In other words, I wasn’t dealing with a salesman robot. Caleb Kordsmeier was a major help in my decision making, and I would recommend anyone, friends and family, to this dealership—even if they are 2 hours away as well. It’s worth it. Thanks guys.

4Runner First Sevice and oil change

Called my Salesman and he made the appt. with Service dept. Dropped it off and they had a shuttle that was able to take me to work. They picked me up when it was ready and Advisor informed me they are looking into replacing my TRD caps due to unnatural wear. Red TRD was turning pink. Still waiting to hear back.

Great service and friendly staff!

Mark was very helpful while handling my service appointment. Friendly, courteous staff who are pleasant to work with. Very nice/clean facility too. They always do great work.

Mid-leading

I came in for oil change and had limited time available. Service man informed me there were 4-5 manufacturer recalls on my 08’ Tundra SR5. I said I didn’t have time for anything other than oil change. He said he would keep it under same time and wanted to do two recalls - one which required internal inspection of window operations on drivers door and another which had something to do with fan I believe in dash. I consented. When I picked up truck (in a hurry to pick son up from school) I noticed after I left dealership that my buttons on window controls were sagging more than previously and I now had a vibration in dashboard when fan was turned on high.

We'd like to take another look at your Tundra to see why the window controls were lagging and what's causing the vibration in your dashboard because of those recalls.
