This 2025 Superduty makes my 4th purchase from Jacky Jones Ford and my 2nd from Lori Boles. I couldn’t ask for a better salesperson and friend! She’s went above and beyond to make this last purchase as smooth and easy as it could possibly be. I know I can always call her and count on her for any help I need. She’s the Best of the Best!

My experience with Kathleen was absolutely amazing.

My experience with Kathleen was absolutely amazing. After a few weeks of shopping for the car i wanted and dealing with many different ups and downs with other dealerships. I can say that she was on her job from the second we had our first conversation. I saw this car the day that it was posted and they didn't even have pictures up yet. I explained to her that i was looking to travel from out of town to purchase in a day or so and i was deciding between a few dealerships from different states and i was trying to decide which destination i would be traveling to. I asked her if she could get me pictures of the car, she went outside and took some for me. One dealership had me waiting 2 weeks for pictures, she got me some in less that 20 mins. I asked her if she could get me a price out the door, she had it for me within 15 minutes. At that point i had made my decision where i would be booking my flight to. As a sales person of over 20 years i appreciated the way that she was able to provide me an experience. Ultimately, the car would have been the car no matter where i purchased it, but at that point i was less about the car and more about Kathleen and her attention to detail and willingness to help me with what i need to make my decision. She was honest, told me what she could do and what she couldn't do and i also appreciated that as well. As a sales person i really did not want to do that same old song and dance with the negotiations. Overall, I am satisfied and would rate her 100/100 if i could, she even called to check up on me on my drive home and told me I better let her know that i made it home safe. Which i absolutely loved and i promised i would and we had a few laughs about it. I can not say enough good things about her she has great energy and is a very special person and the dealership is very lucky to have her!!! I would also like to say thanks to Dennis for picking me up from the airport and sharing some great stories with me on the way to the dealership. He is awesome as well!!

Small town dealer that isn’t pushy. Great buying experience. Highly recommend at least visiting them and giving them a chance. Big difference in what I was use to at one of the big Knoxville dealers I had used for years.

Went to Jacky Jones Ford to do the much dreaded process of purchasing a new vehicle. Lori Boles was our sales consultant. Well what a difference that made to the whole procedure. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She made the whole process fun and painless. We got a fair price and we can’t say enough about the dealership. I’d give her 10 stars and recommend that anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle to go to Jacky Jones Ford and ask for Lori Boles. You’ll be glad you did.

Every interaction I had was pleasant and professional.

Every interaction I had was pleasant and professional. We spent a week working out the details online. Austin answered every question and helped set up the test drive and purchase with Carla. I appreciate that most of the process was complete before we set foot in the dealership.

Great place to buy a truck, Lori Boles was very helpful .

Great place to buy a truck, Lori Boles was very helpful . We had a truck to breakdown and we were from out of state, she picked us up on the side of the road and took us back to the dealership, bought a truck and got back on the road .
