It was a great service. Came from far to buy the car specifically in there. My mom my sister and I have been customers of huyndai for years and me and my sister are happy with our new car.

Car Totalled,the experience of purchasing a new car excellet

Everyone that I have come into contact with at this dealership have been attentive, pleasant and professional. This is the 3rd car in my family purchased thru this dealership - I would not go anywhere else.

Great Experience

I had an outstanding time choosing and purchasing my 2016 Limited Elantra. Cathy, my Sales Rep, was very helpful in getting me into a car that perfectly meets my needs, and I can't thank her enough for her assistance. I will be back for another vehicle when the time is right, and when I return I hope to deal with Cathy again!!!

No Class Fast Pass

First red flag was a gentleman informing me on how to rate the survey, which defeats the point of the survey. Second, was the total dropped ball on behalf of the finance department. Its obvious once the sale is made, no further effort will be in the follow up or any changes or amendments. I mean why should they? They already made the sale right? Pretty sad. The facilities are in complete disarray. Multiple leaks in the roof during the sale negotiations. Embarrassing. Hopefully the sale of my vehicle will help them afford the repair. Sales person had a weird tactic of making me sign a non legal document just to get further pricing. Very pushy. I wish i just could've spoken to the sales department myself. Looked on Kelly Blue Book after sale, we over paid by 5,000. Thats the last business I will ever give this dealership. Should've gone to Holler Hyundai like I was recommended. No repair or service will be given to dealer. They represent the brand pretty poorly. Lot in no organized fashion whatsoever. Last time I was there the cops were there for some disturbance. Its like the Social Security office in there. Hopefully the car will be better than my experience.

A pleasurable experience overall.

Found after delivery that my tires were not inflated to the pressures as noted on the drivers door frame plate, they were several pounds low, surprising. The day, Labor day was quite rainy and that could have affected that service item. I am also not aware IF our new car received a wax job prior to delivery.

Not like the rest

This is one car dealership that blows apart the notion that all car salesmen are crooks. These guys are up front and honest. Lukas, my salesman was so patient with us. He spent all the time needed to get the deal we needed. He was not pushy but kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car.

Great experience

Trade 2012 Miata to 2016 Veloster. Payment is much lower now and veloster is very nice to drive around. Orlando Hyundai meet our expectations and definitely will coming back for future maintenance and services.
