Excellent service as always
Weeks ago I made an online appointment. I receive several reminders so that I would not forget and miss the appointment I made. I arrived about 10-15 minutes early and was promptly greeted before I could even gather my things to get out of the car. We went over all the work to be done and was given an estimate. I had expected to the work to take most of the day, but they told me I should be able to pick the car up after lunch. I actually decided to use the waiting room rather the shuttle. I was able to get work done from the comfort of the waiting area where I had use of the guest WiFi and power outlet for my laptop. All work was completed and I was ready to go by lunch and the total cost actually came out to be under the estimate. Overall they did what I needed in a Timely professional manner. I've been coming to this location for regular maintenance since I purchased my Santa Fe in 2010 and the service continues to be consistently superior in all respects.

Sonata not great/Orlando Hyundai service great
I bought the new 2011 Sonata and it's been a dud from the get-go. Within 40,000 miles I've had it in the shop six or seven times for recalls or service bulletin problems. Thankfully the repairs were paid for under warranty. In 30 years of owning Hondas, I never had this much hassle with my cars. The 2011 Sonata is nice to look at--inside and out---but my problems have turned me off from purchasing another Hyundai. The service team at Orlando Hyundai have always done what they could to help me and minimize the trauma---really appreciate this dealership and it's team.
