We were a repeated customer and came to buy a third car but we were treated so poorly. I was in the automotive industry for years and I never saw a dealership that treated their customer so bad. They had no interest on working with me and made me waste my time 2 times. They were super nice on the phone to try to get me to come in and was I was there they were totally different. Stay away

When we went to Orlando Hyundai, we knew exactly what we wanted, up to the color and the features of the 2013 Santa Fe. That being said, Joel insisted on taking us for a test drive and showed us features about the vehicle that were unknown to us. We bought the car on Christmas Eve, and I know he stayed late to help us. He also spent well over an hour with me later in the week, to make sure I knew everything about the car we had just purchased. He was so wonderful to work with. If you are planning to purchase a Hyundai, we recommend Orlando Hyundai and Joel Himmel!

I am trying to buy a $35,000 Azera and after test driving the car which I had to push the sales person because he was busy, the manager told me to go online to the website and build my car and I will get my price. He pulled it up on the office computer but could not print it out. He never even bothered to write it down for me, so I gave no clue what the price would be. It was the worst experience and I had just come from the Kia dealership across the street comparing cars and they were wonderful.

I did research on line and was given a quote pretty quickly. Suzie C. was my salesperson and she was the best. She didn't pressure me and let me decide what I wanted to look for and answered my questions without any hassle or pressure. I am very satisifed with the used car I chose.

Steer clear of this dealer, they have high fees and do nothing to earn them. Issue: Would not let me take car on highway for test ride. Held trade in key back during negotiations- this is Coercion. Would not replace leaking headlight. Dirty cabin air filter Unfortunately I bought a car from this dealer and should have walked off.
