So I had an issue with my car, and thought that I would take my buick to the nearest dealership. I read the reviews and warnings and I was like no, I'm going to give them a chance. Let's start at the beginning. So I called verified I did not need an appointment, and was told there was a shuttle. All great! Yay! took my car in Thursday afternoon 3:45ish and was told that the shuttle guy had already left for the day. Annoyed but that's okay. And dropped off my car. Did the service guy make me feel like I was bothering him by being there? Yes. So right off the start. Mixed feelings. I was told I would get a call back in the morning. At noon on Friday, I called because I had not heard anything and was told what was wrong and they would check if it was under warranty. I was given a quote of about $1000 if it wasn't covered and since the part was not in stock, it would not be ready until Monday. I took the initiative to call my warranty company and was advised that it wasn't. So I called back and wanted to ask some questions, in general about what was wrong how long etc, those kinds of things. A different guy answered and quoted me $650 bucks and that the part was in stock so it would be ready today. In the span of 15ish minutes this price had dropped quite a lot and I'd been told a different situation about the time it would be ready and the part in stock. You can imagine I was upset because I then felt like 1. i was being lied to and 2. that i was taken advantage of by the first guy. I then asked for the service manager to kind of talk about this discrepancy (his name is mike) and he was very nice and helpful and explained what could have happened (extra lines and boxes being checked.) it certainly could have happened and with the benefit of the doubt I accepted his explanation. I was told without a doubt that my car was going to be ready by the end of the day! (Yay) Scott (my service advisor) then called and explained and apologized for the error in the pricing. Once again very helpful this time and he provided me with a complete breakdown of the charges. So I never got a call that my car was ready, and so after my husband picked me up from work, we went to the dealership (it's 5:30 the service department closes at 6) I was told it was still making a noise and that it was not ready. Ok. I'd rather it be fixed than me take it home and be a mess. So I said, it's fine I'll come back tomorrow. What's one more day at this point. about 30 or so minutes later I get a phone call, and oh! it's fixed. hmm okay. we go back to the dealership, pay and drive home. I drive to work and notice damage to my wheel and tire on my passenger side. I only notice this because the cap to my tire is missing. I know the dealer touched it because they put air in my tire during the oil change. The issue is that my wheel is so scratched and there's a chunk missing out of my tire, that i literally got fixed not 2 days before it died and so i know for a fact that the damage was not there before it was at the dealership because I and my tire guy visually inspected it before i left them. Can I hard fact prove this, no, I have no physical evidence. Because who takes photos of their car like that. Either they hit it on the lift, or they hit a curb during the road test. My car was also filthy, The hood was covered in gross dirty fingerprints. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did complete the work super quick and Mike was super friendly. But yeah, not feeling super great about this dealership. Never again. If you take your car here, photograph and inspect before it goes to this dealership. there are numerous complaints about damage to the vehicle (whether legit or not) and having the facts to back it up would be wise

Great shopping experience looking for a car
Great experience very professional listen to what type of car I was looking for everyone is always very pleasant and welcoming the salesman Adeola Ogunibi very knowledgeable very personable took his time with everything and explained it and Jamie Myers took the time and went over every form so that I understood what I was signing a very professional and very vibrant person and Obie Woods The sweetest personable professional person that you could meet at the dealership I would recommend this dealership for anyone who is in the market for looking for a vehicle

Worst Dealership in Charlotte!!
Victory is without a doubt, hands-down, THE worst car dealership I have ever had the misfortune of landing in. It’s clear that because I’m a woman, they thought they could get over on me. However based on their reviews on Google, they are equal opportunity swindlers. I traded a vehicle— netting just over $5k to contribute to my taxes, fees, and down payment— or so I thought. It turns out Victory intentionally paid none of my local taxes and went ahead and pocketed that money. At no point did they tell me they weren’t going pay for the taxes from MY money. So you can imagine my surprise when I received a $500 tax bill, which has to be paid before I can receive my registration. I have purchased half a dozen vehicles at different dealerships in CLT and I have never EVER had a dealership skim money from MY down payment to slide into their own pockets and leave me with the tax bill. The list of issues I had with this place goes on and on and on. And you know what’s worse?? They had the audacity to ask me to write them a 5-star review on Google. They even sent me a “sample” review where they showed me all the answers they wanted me to pick. Who does that??? I will never ever recommend anyone to even set foot on this lot. I will in the meantime be trying to piece together this extra $500 to cover this completely unexpected cost.

Terrible !! Had a water pump to fail . Just had the truck in for a noise and was sent home with an assurance everything was ok . After the water pump failure just really frustrated about the whole experience .
