If these men at this dealership think they can get over on you they will I walked away and they met my terms they could have cleaned the interior a little better

Great Company!!!

My experience with Victory Chevrolet has been amazing. I have been searching multiple dealers to see who can assist me with my trade-in and purchasing a vehicle that is safe and reliable. Brent Godfrey and his wonderful staff have taken great amounts of time to follow-up with me and see how my car buying experience is going. I'm really considering purchasing from them. I've had bad luck with other franchise dealers and this one has left the best impression on me. Thank you all at Victory Chevrolet. I will be speaking with someone shortly for my car buying needs.

Good overall experience and great car.

Great car at a great price. Sales manager was a complete jerk but everyone else was very nice and respectful. Owner is super nice, helpful, and willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was given what I was promised. Just stay away from the sales manager, once he had my money he made no effort to make good on promises from his sales staff and treated me very disrespectful. I would buy another car from Victory Chevrolet but would make sure to stay away from the 1 bad apple.

follow up service

i will never buy another vehicle from these people again. the worst customer follow up i have ever seen. as soon as they get your money they are done with you. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

purchasing a mini van

found this dealership by the internet. Called and talked with salesman and he told us they would make it worth our while to drive 3 hours to purchas a minivan. When we got there, we were informed that their was no negotation on the particular vehilcle we wanted that we saw on the internet. What was posted was the bottom line. I would have paid the purchased price plus tax but I felt the Document fee was overpriced as we were going to pay cash.. Why was this not specified on the advertisement??????

Fell apart at the end

I went to buy one of the Impala program cars. Found one I liked and ready to negotiate. Salesman was great - no pressure, friendly. Sales manager came in and things fell apart apart quickly. He was disrespectful, poor communication skills, didn't listen, and was smart aleck. He wanted to play mind games instead of having an honest discussion. I left. I sure was disappointed. I liked the car and would have bought it... but not when I am being patronized.

How not to treat a potential customer

Went to purchase vehicle finally after delays in closing on refi of home.We did some preliminary paper,but asked that nothing be ran before we signed papers on home loan,and sales person ignored our request and ran it anyway.Then when we had some delays and told her so,she kept calling to try to get us to buy before we secured our funding.When we told manager,he apologized and said he would speak to her.That was a lie,she was still emailing us,even though we still bought a car after the improper tactics,for days after.Just does not seem right,but we guess that is how they do business!!

Great Experience!

Drove from South Carolina to Mt Holly to purchase a used vehicle from Victory Chevrolet. Absolutely worth the drive. Great service, no pressure! Bobby Kay, our salesman, was fantastic! Michael Craddick, the finance guy we worked with was great as well. Best car buying experience we've had. Will definitely look to them for our next vehicle!
