We had a problem with the charging system on our Volt and it was fixed quickly and returned with it working properly. Would highly recommend Universal... for our repairs. Everyone was very friendly!

This was the most pleasurable vehicle buying experience we have ever had. Our sales associate, Bob Jordan, was friendly, knowledgeable and provided us... with information and options without making us feel any pressure to buy. Joan in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with, helping us find the option that best suited our needs. Everyone at the dealership was quick with a smile and asked if we were being helped and if there was anything we needed. Definitely the best dealership we have dealt with. I bought my current Tahoe from this dealership. I have been taking my vehicles here for years. My earliest experience was with Lee, at the time the service... manager. He took care of my problems, explained in detail work I needed and always did it in a sincere personal way. I trusted him, his judgement and I trust the dealership. I now work wit Tony, who has continued providing this honest, down home service. Best dealership I have ever worked with.

I really liked that I was able to leave my car and use the shuttle service to still get to work. The shuttle driver, Preston, was so friendly and welcoming.
