All of their employees were very good to us but the main reason we came back is because of the person, Jorge, that helped through our first car and now this one. Steve’s Chevrolet of Chowchilla provided me with exceptional service. Araceli did a fantastic job with my truck buying experience. I highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to ask for Araceli. She was knowledgeable on Chevy vehicles and handling the document process. The finance manager, Hector provided me with an easy payment transaction. We had a small hiccup in the process and Hector took the time to xxxxx the situation professionally. The general manager, Wayne, did an amazing job to accommodate all of my requests, and he was available quicker that any GM I’ve dealt with at any dealership I’ve been to. Great staff and great experience. Steve’s Chevrolet all day!!
