My daughter purchased a car from McGee GMC of Charlton & traded in her Jeep On July 9th 2023. As of today August 27, 2023 they still have not paid off my daughters trade in & now shes past due on trade. McGee GMC of Charlton MA has refused to return her calls & email & txt msgs. They keep giving me excuses on why her trade hasn’t been paid off yet. It has been the worse experience we have ever had & I advise you to never purchase from this dealer. We should have walked away from buying from them when she smelled alcohol so bad on the Finance manager when she was signing the contracts. She told the finance manager that she didn’t want any warranties or gap insurance at the time of signing & he snuck them in. She had keep on them to resign her contracts. Then they took the $1000 trade in rebate away because she didn’t buy the warranties. I did file complaints with the Attorney General & the BBB. We will also be contacting the local news & paying out of pocket for a news article.

Best car buying experience!
Best car buying experience! Justin and his team were professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Justin managed to get me exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I didn’t have to do a thing as he and his team managed everything. My new vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. Justin made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle and showed me exactly how to operate things. All and all I would definitely recommend this dealership.

New management but poor customer service.
New management but poor customer service. Tried to blame and charge me for mistake that they made on previous service. Will never use again and will not buy a new vehicle from them again

I would of given a higher rating but still having issues.
I would of given a higher rating but still having issues. First off they had my car for 3 weeks. During that time I had to pay for a rental. I had 4 tires put on my car and balanced 2 days later the add air light came on. All of my tires had various tire pressure by at least 7lbs only 1 tire had the correct pressure. I had my power steering pump that they said needed to replaced it was just done by them 2 years prior but they said there's been issue with that particular pump well they replaced it but there is a continuos noise I never had before. I took the car back the very next day they flushed the the lines and re added fluid but it did not make a difference they said it could be air in the lines and to drive it for a week it has now been exactly 1 week still making the same noise they said it could be a faulty pump. I also had a tune up that part there's no issues. I wanted a side mirror replaced because the mirror was not folding in and out. I was told the part was in but when I went to pick up the car the side had not come in and was told I would need to bring it back once they had the mirror but first it needs to go to the body shop to be painted then back to the garage to have it installed. It's now been 4 weeks since it was supposed to have been ordered no call as of yet. During this time Russ the garage mrg I was working with no longer works there I think that was part of the issue why everthing has taken so long. The people there all of them have been very pleasent to talk to I just wish I could have had everything taken care of in a reasonable time which I would think 5 days since nothing major was done to my car. Stay tuned if I am asked to take this survey again I will give a follow up once everything has been completed. Tonya Trabucco
